People always say that impulsion is the demon, but only the one who has experienced this unhappy moment can feel the horrible result.
I remembered that when I was five years old, I was young and reckless.
Someday, my friends took my favorite toy to play, and I asked them to be careful, but suddenly they dropped down my toy and made it into the water.
I was so angry and asked them to leave, telling them that I hated them.
My friends were sorry and shocked, and they left after hearing my angry words.
After a few days, I washed my toy and it was clean again, then I started to feel regretful for saying the horrible words.
We were not as closed as before.
I felt like losing friends for my impulsion.

我很生氣叫他們離開(kāi)，并且對(duì)他們說(shuō)我恨他們。
我的朋友表示了抱歉也感到很震驚，聽(tīng)到我憤怒的話后就走了。
幾天后，我把玩具洗干凈了，開(kāi)始為說(shuō)了可怕的話而感到后悔。

【二】堅(jiān)守承諾 Keep the Promise
My father is a stubborn man, and he always keeps what he thinks is right.
He is such a strong man in my mind, because he never breaks his promise.
The things he has promised to me would be finished, no matter what happens.
I see the power of promise from my father, so I believe that keeping promise is very important, which shows whether the person is worthy to be trusted or not.
When I make friends, I pay special attention to this merit.
My friends and I trust each other.
We will return the things in time and keep our promise.
I am so lucky that my father brings so much postive sides to me.
我爸爸是一個(gè)固執(zhí)的人，他總是堅(jiān)持他認(rèn)為是正確的事情。
在我的印象中，他是一個(gè)很厲害的人，因?yàn)樗肋h(yuǎn)不會(huì)打破自己的承諾。
他答應(yīng)我的事情不管怎么樣都會(huì)做到。
從他身上， 我看到了承諾的力量，所以我相信堅(jiān)守承諾是非常重要的，這說(shuō)明了一個(gè)人是否值得信任。

【三】光榮背后 Behind the Glory
When we see the successful people, it is natural for us to feel jealous.
We see their power and fame, wishing we can be one of them.
But the fact is that who knows what these successful people have paied for.
I remember the top swimmer Michael Phillips described his daily life.
He said that he had to practise so hard, even on the Christmas Day, when other people were enjoying the family reunion, he was working hard on the swimming pool and making himself stronger.
We always see the celebrities’ glory but always ignore their hard-working.
They deserve the honor and people’s respect.
If we want to be successful, we must work hard.
當(dāng)我們看到別人的成功時(shí)，總是會(huì)很自然地感到嫉妒。
我們看到了他們的權(quán)力和名聲，也希望自己可以成為其中一員。
但事實(shí)是，又有誰(shuí)知道這些成功人士付出了什么。

【四】最好的禮物 The Best Gift
Today was my father’s birthday.
Early in the morning, he went out to work as usually.
But I felt nervous and I wanted to give him a surprise.
I asked my mother to teach me to cook, so I could make the dinner for my father.
After class, I rushed home and my mother had prepared the stuff for me.
I washed them first and then did as my mother told me.
She always wanted to cook and I refused because I needed to make sure I could finish it by myself.
It was really hard to cook, but I insisted and finally made it.
When my father came home, he smiled and said this was the best gift.
今天是我爸爸的生日。
他像往常一樣一大早就去工作了。
但是，我很緊張，我想給他一個(gè)驚喜。
我叫媽媽教我做飯，這樣我就可以為我爸爸做一頓晚餐了。
