  如同一般信函,商業(yè)信文一般由開頭、正文、結(jié)尾、署名、日期等5個部分組成。

  (1)開頭

  開頭寫收信人或收信單位的稱呼。稱呼單獨占行、頂格書寫,稱呼后用冒號。

  (2)正文

  信文的正文是書信的主要部分,敘述商業(yè)業(yè)務往來聯(lián)系的實質(zhì)問題,通常包括:

  署名即寫信人簽名,通常寫在結(jié)尾后另起一行(或空一、二行)的偏右下方位置。以單位名義發(fā)出的商業(yè)信函,署名時可寫單位名稱或單位內(nèi)具體部門名稱,也可同時署寫信人的姓名。重要的商業(yè)信函,為鄭重起見,也可加蓋公章。

  (5)日期

  寫信日期—般寫在署名的下一行或同一行偏右下方位置。商業(yè)信函的日期很重要,不要遺漏。
