問對問題才能讓你的面試與眾不同

　　小編：面試最后，面試官總會問“你還有什么問題嗎？”大多數(shù)人會回答“沒有問題”，或者問一些讓你減分的“傻問題”。其實，在面試中，問對問題，問好問題，往往可以讓你在面試者中脫穎而出�？纯词裁礃拥膯栴}是好問題吧。

　　A job interview is incomplete without a question and answer session that has you doing the asking。 You should be prepared with relevant questions about the company， the job at hand， and your potential future with the organization。 Keep your interview on the right track and your foot out of your mouth by asking questions the right way。

　　如果在面試中，你沒有提問，那么你的面試時不完整的。你應該準備一些和應聘公司、應聘職位、工作前景相關的問題。在面試中，你要學會問對的問題，不要讓面試離題萬里。

　　1、Don't Seem Entitled別看上去利益熏心

　　Don't Ask： How long before I get a promotion？不要這樣問：我要多久才能升職？

　　Do Ask： What are the opportunities for advancement， and do you typically promote from within？應該這樣問：在公司里晉升的機會是怎么樣的？公司一般會不會在內(nèi)部提升員工職位？

　　2、Don't Make Your Interviewer Uncomfortable別讓面試官難堪

　　Don't Ask： Is there anything about me that would prevent me from getting this job？不要這樣問：你覺得有什么缺點會讓我得不到這份工作？

　　Do Ask： What qualifications are you looking for in the person who fills this job？應該這樣問：你們覺得什么樣的人適合這個工作崗位？

　　3、Don't Be a Gossip別太八卦

　　Don't Ask： I heard the CEO was involved in scandalous activity； is that true？不要這樣問：我聽說你們的CEO現(xiàn)在丑聞纏身，是不是真的�。�

　　Do Ask： While researching your firm I learned that the company recently [fill in the blank]。 Can you tell me a little bit more about this development？應該這樣問：在我對貴公司進行調(diào)查了解的時候，我發(fā)現(xiàn)貴公司正身陷…，你能不能多給我一點關于這件事情的消息呢？

　　4、Don't Get Bogged Down in Details別問得太細

　　Don't Ask： Can you break down my day in terms of hours spent doing A， B， C， D， etc。？不要這樣問：你能不能把我每天要做的事按照一二三四地給我詳細說說？

　　Do Ask： Can you tell me what my average day would be like？應該這樣問：你能否給我介紹一下我的日常工作安排？

　　5、Don't Seem Greedy別看上去貪婪成性

　　Don't Ask： What kinds of perks do you get around here？不要這樣問：你們公司有什么福利？

　　Do Ask： What do you enjoy most about working here？應該這樣問：你覺得什么是你在公司里感到最享受的？

　　6、Don't Focus on the Negative別關注負面問題

　　Don't Ask： What's the worst part about this job？不要這樣問：這份工作最糟糕的是什么？

　　Do Ask： Given my background and experience， what do you think will be the greatest challenge for me in the beginning？應該這樣問：根據(jù)我的背景和經(jīng)驗，你認為我剛開始從事這份工作會遇到的最大的挑戰(zhàn)是什么？

　　7、Don't Ask Frivolous Questions別問沒必要的問題

　　Don't Ask： How many other applicants are you interviewing？不要這樣問：你們一共面試了多少候選人？

　　Do Ask： How soon do you expect to make a decision？應該這樣問：你們大概需要多久可以做出決定？
