珍惜今天尊敬的各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、各位同事
大家好!奉獻(xiàn)明天今天我站在這里，心情格外激動(dòng)，我有幸成為首建集團(tuán)的一名正式員工， 感到無(wú)比的 驕傲和自豪，首先感謝各級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)給我這次機(jī)會(huì)，也感謝各級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)兩年來(lái)對(duì)我的支持、幫助和 鼓勵(lì),感謝您們給了我一個(gè)展示自己的舞臺(tái),使我成為一名光榮的首建集團(tuán)員工。
我叫李寶佳,是首建集團(tuán)二安裝公司第一施工隊(duì)鉗工班長(zhǎng), 2008 年 5 月，我從學(xué)校畢業(yè) 后，被隴原鑫業(yè)勞務(wù)派遣公司派遣到首建集團(tuán)二安裝公司京唐連鑄維檢項(xiàng)目部，從入廠到現(xiàn) 在已經(jīng)工作兩年多了。
剛?cè)霃S時(shí)曾經(jīng)迷茫徘徊過(guò)，但是公司融洽的工作氛圍、團(tuán)結(jié)向上的企 業(yè)文化和員工熱情洋溢的工作激情，使我很快融入到了這個(gè)團(tuán)結(jié)向上的團(tuán)隊(duì)里。
在各級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo) 和同事的耐心指導(dǎo)下，使我在較短的時(shí)間內(nèi)適應(yīng)了本職工作，得到了領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和同事的認(rèn)可，并 被破格提拔為班長(zhǎng)。
今天，各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)給予了我這次轉(zhuǎn)正的機(jī)會(huì)，實(shí)現(xiàn)了我夢(mèng)寐以求的愿望， 我要以轉(zhuǎn)正為新的起點(diǎn)，更加努力的工作，掌握更多技能，為首建集團(tuán)和二安裝公司的經(jīng)營(yíng) 發(fā)展做出更大的貢獻(xiàn)。
通過(guò)這兩年來(lái)的工作，使我學(xué)到了：第一、要嚴(yán)格要求自己，認(rèn)真及時(shí)做好每一項(xiàng)工作， 以便在工作中提高自己;第二、在日常工作中要力所能及幫助其他同事，以便創(chuàng)造一個(gè)和諧 的工作氛圍;第三、要虛心向同事學(xué)習(xí)請(qǐng)教，以不斷提高和充實(shí)自己;第四、從細(xì)處著手注 意積累和總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)-----不積跬步，無(wú)以致千里;不積小流無(wú)以成江海，只有在積累中才能更 好的提高自己。
第五，要豎立正確的人生目標(biāo)并為之奮斗------目標(biāo)就是燈塔，指引著我們前 進(jìn)，經(jīng)過(guò)兩年來(lái)的工作，使我找到了自己的人生目標(biāo)并為之奮斗! 在工作中，我深深體會(huì)到了有一個(gè)和諧、共進(jìn)團(tuán)隊(duì)的重要性，體會(huì)到了有一個(gè)積極向上、 大氣磅礴的公司和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)是員工前進(jìn)的動(dòng)力，我很慶幸我能夠在這樣一個(gè)公司里工作。
公司既 然給我們提供了這樣一個(gè)施展抱負(fù)的舞臺(tái)， 我們就要珍惜這次機(jī)會(huì)， 為公司的發(fā)展竭盡全力， 在工作中學(xué)習(xí)，在學(xué)習(xí)中進(jìn)取，在進(jìn)取中超越自我。
你能翻多大跟頭，集團(tuán)就給你提供多大 的舞臺(tái)，正是這句話，不斷激勵(lì)我前進(jìn)，給了我不斷攀登的勇氣。
在工作的這段時(shí)間，無(wú)論是在生活上還是工作上，我都得到了各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和同事的關(guān)心， 使我在這里又找到了家的感覺(jué)，同時(shí)他們也是長(zhǎng)者，在我們犯了錯(cuò)誤的時(shí)候，能夠悉心的教 導(dǎo)我，指出我的不足并給予指正，使我能夠在短時(shí)間內(nèi)收獲更多，避免了以后類似錯(cuò)誤的再 次發(fā)生，使我得以快速成長(zhǎng)起來(lái)，在此，我表示深深的感謝(鞠躬)! 雖然說(shuō)在這兩年來(lái)，我并沒(méi)有做出太大的成績(jī)，但是通過(guò)從小到大一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)做起，使我學(xué) 到了很多崗位操作技能， 為以后工作的開展奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
兩年來(lái)我盡力做好自己的本職工作， 盡最大努力高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的完成連鑄維檢的各項(xiàng)任務(wù)，保證生產(chǎn)順行。
在以后的工作中，我要加強(qiáng)對(duì)班組的目標(biāo)化管理，建立和諧團(tuán)結(jié)的工作團(tuán)隊(duì)，改進(jìn)自己 的不足，明確自己的工作目標(biāo)，我相信一分耕耘就會(huì)有一分收獲。
在工作中，通過(guò)多看、多 問(wèn)、多學(xué)，為以后的發(fā)展打下堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)，用實(shí)力塑造首建集團(tuán)維檢隊(duì)伍的嶄新形象。
在這兩年來(lái)，我親眼目睹了集團(tuán)的成長(zhǎng)和壯大，我深深地感到驕傲和自豪，回顧集團(tuán)的發(fā) 展歷程，我思緒萬(wàn)千，心潮澎湃;面對(duì)集團(tuán)的未來(lái)，我信念堅(jiān)定，斗志激昂。
并不是有一雙 翅膀就可以翱翔四方，但我們始終在努力向著更高更遠(yuǎn)的目標(biāo)奮飛。
我們會(huì)用我們的翅膀， 在藍(lán)天下劃出最美的弧線，成為翱翔的雄鷹，搏擊長(zhǎng)空，勁舞蒼穹!同事們，讓我們一起努 力，攜起手來(lái)，共同為首建集團(tuán)的美好明天而奮斗吧! 祝各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和同志們身體健康!萬(wàn)事如意!謝謝大家!
英語(yǔ)論文答辯開場(chǎng)白【2】
Good evening, all the appraiser committee members. I come from HUST, majoring in foreign linguistics and applied linguistics. I am *** and my supervisor is prof.***. With her sincere and intellectual guidance, for nearly one whole year's hard work, I have finished my paper. Finally, it is the show time. This evening I will present my efforts to you all and I gratefully welcome any correction.
The title of my paper is A Study of the Causes of the Gothic Style
in A Rose for Emily from a Feminist Perspective. I choose this as my topic due to the following reasons. Firstly, I am fond of literature works , especially gothic literature works. Secondly, I am quite familiar with this short story as this is one of the texts in our intensive teaching course and I have taught this text for more than 3 times . Last but not the least ,as a female , I am keen on the study of feminism. For the above facts, I select the subject of A Study of the Causes of the Gothic Style in A Rose for Emily from a Feminist Perspective as the title of my paper.
I hope by studying this short story we can know more about American southern women in certain history and culture and more importantly help women in modern society get a deeper understanding about ourselves ,help us raise our independence and confidence and show more concern for our mental health.
Next , I will present it to you. Here is an outline of my presentation. They are literature review, gothic tradition , the gothic style in the story and the causes of the gothic style .
This paper consists of six parts. Part one presents an introduction to the author William Faulkner and A Rose for Emily by pointing out the purpose and significance of this study. Part two is literature review which introduces the relevant research about this novel at home and abroad and then points out the theoretical basis and methods. Part three gives a timeline of the gothic tradition in literature and explains the main characteristics of gothic works. Part four explains the three aspects of the gothic style in the novel，that is, the death theme, grotesque characters and mystic atmosphere. Part five then explains in detail the causes of the gothic style in this novel: patriarchal oppression, the myth of southern ladyhood and Emily’s attitude towards love. Finally, in the conclusion, the author summarizes the previous parts and emphasizes the significance of the argument of the thesis again.
