　　As we know， when senior students graduate from school， most of their textbooks， which are still in good condition are thrown away。 What a great waste it is! Thus， here comes a heated debate on whether we should recycle textbooks。

　　Some people are the opponents because they think there is a danger for students when using the recycling textbooks with many bacteria on them， which are bad for children’s health。 Furthermore， notes on the pages made by the students may disturb the next users。 As for Printing Industry， Publishing Industry and other related ones， it is a big loss in XXX profits。

　　On the other hand， however， many more people think recycling textbooks is a good suggestion， which I quite agree to。 For one thing， recycling textbooks can save a lot of natural resources and reduce waste。 Besides， a cut in the expenses means less stress for the parents， especially for those relatively less rich ones。 And for students， it is also a useful way to develop a good habit of reading and taking care of books， to cultivate the sense of social responsibility of valuing common property and promote the awareness of treasuring natural resources。 As a matter of fact， recycling textbooks is very popular with some foreign countries such as Australia， which has set a good example to us。

　　Second，governments have to equipped with an excellent Disaster Assistance Response Team to rescue those disaster-stricken areas. The primary goal is to provide emergency services, such as drinking water and medical treatment, until long-term aid arrives.

　　Third, citizens need to realize that the main cause of those disasters is largely due to climate crisis; therefore, they should purchase energy efficient appliances, plant trees and economize our consumption on housing.

　　From what has been discussed above, I maintain that minimizing the cost of disasters can be achieved by our persisting efforts.

If the death penalty is canceled, the CRIminals will be more cruel and crazy, and that will be a bigger threat for people. In addition, cancelling the death penalty will weaken the effect of our laws.

　　一方面，有些人認(rèn)為死刑不應(yīng)該取消。他們討論認(rèn)為死刑可以作為對(duì)罪犯的威脅或限制。如果取消了死刑，罪犯會(huì)更加殘酷，更加瘋狂，這將是對(duì)人們的更大威脅。此外，取消死刑會(huì)削弱法律的.作用。

　　On the other hand, some people consider that the death penalty should be canceled. They point out that no matter what the CRIminals have done, they are still human beings. Each life is precious and we should respect each life. Besides, we should give another chance for the criminals to remedy their mistakes and amend themselves.

　　另一方面，有些人認(rèn)為死刑應(yīng)該取消。他們指出，不管罪犯做了什么，他們終究還是人。生命都是寶貴的，我們應(yīng)該尊重每一條生命。此外，我們應(yīng)該給罪犯一個(gè)彌補(bǔ)過錯(cuò)，改過自新的機(jī)會(huì)。

　　Taking above into consideration, I am inclined to agree with the former. I suggest that we should remain the death penalty. Although the latter is right in some extent, I do not agree that those who murder deliberately should be forgiven and pardoned.

　　綜上所述，我傾向于同意前者的觀點(diǎn)。我建議保留死刑。雖然后者有一定的道理，但是我不認(rèn)為故意殺人的人應(yīng)該被原諒，被赦免。
