　　just now, i was told by one of my good friends that her electronic dictionary had gone. maybe someone BORROWED it PERMANENTLY. it just happened in the library of our XuHui campus.

　　several month ago, another classmate of mine lost her cellphone at the crossroad of CaoBao and GuiLin Road. the last second she still used her cellohone to receive a call, but even before the traffic light turned from red to green, she suddenly found that the phone had gone! i was at present. maybe the thief even walked away pretending to be at leisure just under my eyelid! we called 110 at once. the police came but they still could do nothing except putting on records simply. one of the police said to us that it was much more important for us to take good care of our possession than to rely on the policeman to arrest all the rampant thieves! waht he had said was really with reason and unforgotten!

　　Today, a fall guy is anyone who is tricked into taking the blame for the crime or wrongdoing of someone else. There are fall guys in many situations people who publicly take the blame when something goes wrong. A fall guy takes the rap for something wrong or illegal. He accepts responsibility and punishment for what someone else did. The fall guy may have been involved in the situation, but was not the person who should be blamed. The word rap has meant blame for several hundred years. The expression to take the rap first was used about 100 years ago. Another similar expression is bum rap. A person receives a bum rap if he is found guilty of a crime but is really innocent. Sometimes, a fall guy may not realize he is the fall guy until he is the victim of a bum rap. In that case, he may feel that he has been framed. To frame someone is to create false evidence to make an innocent person seem guilty. Some word experts say the expression to frame someone comes from the way wood must be fitted closely around a painting or photograph to frame it. In the same way, evidence must be designed perfectly if it is to frame an innocent person to make him or her seem guilty.

　　—An insight of " The Shawshank Redemption " "The Shawshank Redemption" is a drama / crime film, directed by French director Frank Darabont, but the audiences feel that he is more suited to be a screenwriter than a director. The two major actors Tim Robbins and Morgan Freeman shape successfully the two roles Andy and Red. The "Shawshank" is a film about freedom, legal and other things, everyone has different thinking after watching the movie. Thinking of myself, it gives me a lot of inspiration in person’s attitude towards daily life, the film encourages people to fight for freedom of persons, to think about the wonderful life and hope, and the most important thing is never give up at any time! In 1947,the banker Andy was accused of murder and sentenced to life imprisonment and kept in Shawshank prison. At the follow days, Andy knows Red, and they become good friends. Life in prison is long and boring, on the one hand, Andy writes to the governor, applies for a library funding, and then Andy builds the first prison library ,helps the newcomer learn knowledge, through all kinds of methods, he completes a self-redemption; on the other hand, he digs an escape tunnel every night, and successfully escapes from Shawshank prison to greet his new life after 19 years in prison. 　　the farmer knelt down at the boy's side and said， "son， you don't want that puppy。 he will never be able to run and play with you like these other dogs would。"

　　with that the little boy stepped back from the fence， reached down， and began rolling up one leg of his trousers。 in doing so he revealed a steel brace running down both sides of his leg attaching itself to a specially made shoe。 looking back up at the farmer， he said， "you see sir， i don't run too well myself， and he will need someone who understands。"

　　Admittedly, motivating compliance with environmental regulations by way of penalties will serve environmental goals up to a point. The deterrent effect of these remedies cannot be denied. Yet it should not be overstated. Some businesses may attempt to avoid punishment by concealing their activities, bribing legislators to modify regulations, or moving operations to jurisdictions that allow their environmentally harmful activities. Others might calculate the trade-off between accepting punishment and polluting, budget in advance for anticipated penalties, then openly violate the law. My intuition is that this practice is a standard operating mode among some of our largest manufacturers.
