　　這天，伴隨雪花輕快的腳步，我懷著激動的心情來到了育英二外。

　　在老師的帶領(lǐng)下，我們來到了一間教室。在這里，我認(rèn)識了外教billy，跟著他，我們玩了許多英文游戲，英文單詞接龍、站立和坐下……我們在這些游戲中，不僅玩得很開心，也學(xué)了很多英文單詞，這真是一舉兩得呀!

　　接著，我們出了教室，參觀起了育英二外。雖然外面雪花飄飛，但我們依然興致勃勃。在參觀過程中，我們也在學(xué)習(xí)英語單詞。因為每個教室的標(biāo)牌上，不但有中文，還有英文呢，休息室的標(biāo)牌上就寫著“l(fā)ounge”，還有很多我不認(rèn)識的單詞，在參觀過程中，我都學(xué)會了。不僅如此，我們在遇到一些特別的事物時，也學(xué)會了不少單詞，在看到一些教室的門上掛著玩具圣誕老人時，billy就問我們它用英文該怎么表達。我們有的`說是“christmasman”,有的說是“christmas father”,可惜都不對。最終，還是billy揭開了答案，應(yīng)該是“santa claus”。這時，我們才恍然大悟，我相信，我們以后再也不會記錯了。

　　參觀完了育英二外，我們又回到了教室，進行最后一個環(huán)節(jié)：用英文說出你現(xiàn)在的感受以及想法，不少于2句話，獎品是一個學(xué)習(xí)英語的軟件。很多同學(xué)緊張起來，害怕billy選自己上臺。舉手的人寥寥無幾，盡管我也有些緊張，但是我還是勇敢地舉起了手。果然，我被老師選了上去，我說得還不錯，要是再流利些就好了。最后，我拿到了獎品�？磥�，做任何事情都要勇敢，不要退縮，只要努力，就不會失敗。

　　For most senior students in universities, the last academic year has nothing to do with academics. To the frustration of professors, few courses are attended by students. And dorms are almost vacant with few lodgers. This kind of phenomenon, which has been called “Senior Empty Nests”, is common among universities of China.

　　Where have those absent senior students gone? Some lucky dogs have gone to their new jobs while the majority are still striving to get a job or engaging in their internship outside of the campus. The severe employment pressure has pushed senior students into employment market earlier. The anxiety of getting a job before graduation disturbs the restless mind of every student, which leads to skipping school of most students.

　　In my view, with senior students leaving campus earlier, their time of education has been reduced, which puts them in a disadvantaged position in the employment market. Students should start job hunting after finishing the courses of the last academic year. At the same time, the universities should provide career education for senior students.

　　在小學(xué)階段，教英語作文是一件很令人頭疼的事。學(xué)生們單詞量少，語法知識貧乏，硬讓學(xué)生強寫，是錯誤百出，甚至還有很多的中式英語，鬧出不少笑話。我分以下四個步驟來教作文，目前感覺效果不錯。

　　第一、仿寫句子。就是將句子中的關(guān)鍵詞用其它同類的單詞來代替。

　　第二、翻譯句子。將中文句子翻譯成相對應(yīng)的英文句子。這是用來鍛煉學(xué)生的.表達能力的。

　　第三、仿寫課文。這里的課文包括簡單的對話、段落和短文。這實際也是仿寫句子的一種延伸。也是替換課文中的關(guān)鍵詞，讓它再另外自成一篇。我現(xiàn)在教的一些中等水平的學(xué)生都基本能很好地仿寫課文，有時還能有讓人驚喜的創(chuàng)新。

　　最后，讓能力較好的學(xué)生試著寫命題作文。

　　在教英語作文時，切忌急于求成，要由簡到難，循序漸進，一步一步地走。如果，一上手就讓學(xué)生寫命題作文，他們就會望而生畏，卻步不前，不知道從哪里下手。

　　從一年級到三年級，每學(xué)期期末考試,我的英語成績基本都是滿分,考試滿分并不代表我喜歡學(xué)英語，是媽媽在”逼”我學(xué)習(xí)英語，每天早上叫我起來讀英語課文,聽磁帶,背單詞,學(xué)習(xí)很是被動。

　　我的英語老師是一位男老師，講課非常幽默，課堂上互動性很強，比如，我們初學(xué)者很討厭背單詞，老師為了使我們主動去記單詞，常在課堂上“玩詞語接龍”這種游戲。為了能在游戲中取得好成績，我除了每天早上起來主動背單詞，在平時很注意單詞的積累，時間長了，我的單詞量慢慢多了起來。有時在講一個小語法知識點時，他會設(shè)計一個小的情節(jié)，把大家變成劇中的人物，這下把同學(xué)們的'積極性調(diào)動起來了，大家在笑聲中不知不覺中掌握了語法知識，有時我為了能在劇中多發(fā)言，我還會在課外主動去找相關(guān)的語法書看。

　　慢慢地我真的喜歡上了英語，每天早上我會主動打開復(fù)讀機聽英語，背單詞，課后我會主動學(xué)習(xí)一些課外相關(guān)知識，其實學(xué)習(xí)英語秘密在于將被動學(xué)習(xí)變成主動學(xué)，我想你會找到適合自己的學(xué)習(xí)方法，你會愛上它。
