As we can see, the real estate advertisementis everywhere in the city. However, the real estate market strong impetus firstcame from the effective demand for the release of individuals.
現(xiàn)在看到年輕人變成房奴不奇怪，因?yàn)橹袊?guó)人一致認(rèn)為結(jié)婚得買(mǎi)房。就像我們所見(jiàn)到的，城市里到處都是房地產(chǎn)廣告。然而，房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)如此火爆是受個(gè)人購(gòu)房需求的增長(zhǎng)影響的。
By storing most of their wealth in real estate, many Chinese households have become house price dependent. They dream about that they will have a happy family life after they have a house of their own, but as a matter of fact, a family like that has to repay the loan principal and interest with 40%-50% of disposable income or even higher proportion every year. Undoubtedly, it will affect the normal consumption, make family life quality drops, and even make people feel depression of slavery.

Unlike the house slave, some young couple chose not to buy house formar riage, they rent an apartment, and use the rest money to enjoy life, likebuy something good for parents, take a trip when they like to. By contrast,their pressure is far smaller than house slave; they don’t have to worry about mortgage. In my point of view, I won’t become a house slave unless a have money to buy a house.

In China,there's a saying that "The landscape of Guilin tops that of any other place under heaven." In light of this,I will recommend Guilin as the first destination of my foreign friend's trip to China. Overlooking the Li Jiang River,Guilin is located in the northeast of Guangxi. The name was derived from the cassia trees of the location. The trees line the streets of the town with yellow flowers blossoming every September,filling the air with sweet scent. Guilin is a place of breath-taking scenery. From ancient times,Guilin has been noted for its elegant landscape. It features beautiful mountains,clear rivers,grotesque rocks and mystic crags,which is a feast for the eyes. Sitting on a bamboo raft drifting down the river,visitors can see the varied shapes of the pinnacles reflected in the water. They will feel as if they were in a scroll of Chinese landscape painting. I believe that my foreign friend will marvel at the unparalleled beauty of Guilin.

However, weight reducing is a tricky topic. Some people lose weight quickly by crash dieting or other extreme measures. This will not help them lose weight since they usually gain back all of the pounds they lost because they havent permanently changed their habits. Whats worse, sometimes these extreme measures will affect the individuals health.
In my view, before one decides to lose weight, he first of all should make it clear whether he should or not lose weight. The best way to find out if you are at a healthy weight or if you need to lose or gain weight is to talk to a doctor or dietitian. He or she can compare your weight with healthy norms to help you set realistic goals. If it turns out that you would benefit from weight loss then you can follow a few of the simple suggestions which are widely accepted by weight reducing experts to get it started.
