　　Many factors may make a contribution toone’s success, such as diligence, honesty, patience, responsibility and so on.Besides, as far as I am concerned, self-confidence is also an important and indispensable factor to contribute to one’s success.

　　有很多因素可以促使一個(gè)成功，如勤奮，誠實(shí)，耐心，責(zé)任等。此外，在我看來，自信也是促成成功不可或缺的重要環(huán)節(jié)。

　　The following reasons can account for my above opinion. First,self-confidence is a kind of self-affirmation for our ability. A successful manis bound to believe in himself first so that he has courage and power to make some achievements. On the contrary, if he has great ability but does not believe himself enough, he will not be able to play his ability and power or at least can’t play fully. Second, self-confidence is a great motivation for us to keep trying and keep going. A self-confident man will try his best to achieveh is goal again and again rather than say “no” or give up when he is confronted with hardship. In addition, a self-confident but not arrogant man usually brings some positive influence to the whole situation in a team. People around the man will be affected by his confidence and become confident for their teamwork.

　　In summary, self-confidence is a significant character and quality in one’s success. Therefore, we should try to develop our confidence but not arrogance to some extent so that we can succeed in our study or work.

　　These days I have beenleisure but bored after finishing the final exam. In fact, I really don’t likethe way I have lived in these days, because I feel like a foolish that can'tfind my values and have to be supported by others. Obviously, work is an important way to achieve our values.However, why is work important in our life?

　　期末考試過后的這幾天我很閑但是也很無聊。事實(shí)上，我真的不喜歡這幾天的這種生活方式，因?yàn)槲腋杏X像個(gè)傻子一樣找不到我的價(jià)值而要靠別人養(yǎng)活。這使我瘋掉了。所以，我認(rèn)為人應(yīng)該找到并實(shí)現(xiàn)自己的生活價(jià)值，特別是女性。很明顯，工作是實(shí)現(xiàn)我們價(jià)值的重要方式。但是，為什么工作在我們的生活中如此重要呢？

　　Firstly, work isthe only way for us to satisfy our basic needs. In order to get food, clothesand other living conditions to live happily, we have to work hard. In thisaspect, work is a natural responsibility for us, for our families. But usually,those who just consider work as a kind of responsibility regard work as a heavyburden in their life and they will feel really tired after a period of time,even some of which will choose to renounce the responsibility they have.Therefore, workmust have other positive meanings in deeper respect.

　　首先，工作是我們滿足基本需要的唯一方式。為了獲取食物，衣服還有其他生存條件以幸福生活，我們必須努力工作。在這方面，工作對我們以及對家人來說是自然的責(zé)任。但是，通常那些只把工作當(dāng)做一種責(zé)任的人，也把工作當(dāng)做是生活中的一種壓力。經(jīng)過一段時(shí)間后他們就會覺得很累，甚至有的人會選擇放棄他們的責(zé)任。因此，工作必須有在更深層面有積極的意義。

　　In addition, I strongly feel inthese days that work is an important way to achieve ourselves. Just as Maslowsays that human has five needs: physiological needs, safety needs, love andbelonging, esteem, self-actualization and self-transcendence. In my opinion,work is relative to the higher hierarchy of needs. We always need to achieveour value and worth to gain esteem or recognition from others by some ways,especially by work. I think it is easyto appear in the younger those who have some mature thoughts, so that mostteenagers will try their best to get rid of their parents’ care to make a livingby themselves. In this aspect, working is not only a way to make a living, butalso a way for us to achieve ourselves. In other words, working can bring satisfactionto us in spiritual.
