　　提到“老嚴(yán)”，我們班無一人不懼他也。到他的課，我們都早已安安靜靜地坐在教室，真可謂是“滿坐寂然，無敢嘩者”。我們之所以這樣做，是為了能準(zhǔn)確判斷“老嚴(yán)”到哪里了�！袄蠂�(yán)”到四樓時都會習(xí)慣性的咳嗽幾聲，這是他大駕將至的標(biāo)志，不到五秒，你準(zhǔn)會看到一個如風(fēng)一樣的老頭準(zhǔn)時出現(xiàn)在教室門口。

　　在“老嚴(yán)”上課時，他絕對要求教室安靜無聲，以便都能專心聽講，全部接受信息。他所說的“無聲”，就是針掉在地上你能聽到很響的聲音，這就是老嚴(yán)的第一點(diǎn)魅力。厲害吧！

　　還有更絕的，“老嚴(yán)”的課堂警示語是“3、2、1”，每當(dāng)他念出這三個數(shù)字時，所有人連反抗的欲望都沒有，簡單來說，就是對他的所有命令都只能乖乖就范，不折不扣執(zhí)行，這真的很神奇，很有魔力。

　　我們的“老嚴(yán)”有一句最經(jīng)典的自創(chuàng)名言“硬功夫+carefully”，它的意思是實(shí)力加細(xì)心�？晌覀冏鲎鳂I(yè)時常忽略細(xì)節(jié)，所以讓他很生氣，生氣過后，他還是會語重心長的告訴我們“細(xì)節(jié)決定成敗”的道理。從開學(xué)到現(xiàn)在，這樣的理念不僅深入內(nèi)心，可以說是深入了我們每一個人的骨髓。所以，我們在逐漸改掉以前那些壞習(xí)慣。他還戲謔著說道；“上帝給我們兩只耳朵，兩只眼睛，一張嘴，目的是讓我們每個人多聽，多看，少說�！崩蠂�(yán)這樣的理念，我認(rèn)為也是有巨大魅力的。
