　　我垂頭喪氣的坐在公園的長椅上，自己總結(jié)這幾次摔倒的經(jīng)歷。如果快要摔倒的時(shí)候，盡量讓身體向前弓著，雙腳叉開呈倒八字，手要自然擺動(dòng)，盡量讓旱冰鞋和地面接觸，重心集中在腳上……想到這里我又站起來，按照自己總結(jié)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)開始劃了起來。說來也怪，速度竟比原來快了許多。當(dāng)我能順利的劃起來時(shí)我劃得飛快，心中高興的比吃了蜜還甜。正當(dāng)我得意忘形一躍而起時(shí)，卻摔了嘴啃泥，真是樂極生悲呀!經(jīng)過幾次摔跤，我終于掌握了滑旱冰的要領(lǐng)。

　　現(xiàn)在我的滑旱冰技術(shù)，已經(jīng)達(dá)到了滑得飛快也不摔跤的程度了。我不光學(xué)會(huì)了滑旱冰，更領(lǐng)悟了“功夫不負(fù)有心人“這句話的道理。
