　　第三條 乙方保證

　　1.自本協(xié)議簽訂日起，在委托收款取得實質(zhì)性進展時應及時向甲方通報；

　　第三章 費用及支付

　　第四條 甲方按如下規(guī)定向乙方支付代理傭金：
