  2、多數(shù)情況下,你會有一個單獨面試的機會,這才是你面試的決定性時刻,有時會是幾個部門的負責人一起面試你,有時僅有一個面試官。一般先出場的總是這個職位所在部門的負責人,他們的目標是通過提問來判斷你是否有能力和誠意擔任你所申請的職位。對于面試中的提問,如果有充分的準備,大多數(shù)應(yīng)聘者都可以應(yīng)付自如,即使出現(xiàn)新的問題,舉一反三也不是難事。

  要注意會察言觀色,并保持自然誠懇的態(tài)度,認真傾聽面試官的提問,判斷他提問的目的,從而做出簡明清晰的回答。尤其要注意的是不要被面試官的態(tài)度所影響,無論他流露出蔑視你還是欣賞你的意思。在回答關(guān)于你的經(jīng)歷的提問時,千萬不要用含貶義的詞語來談?wù)撃阋郧暗纳纤净蚬,因為面試官此時正處于上司和公司的'立場上,對你不會有任何認同感的。而面對有關(guān)特長技能的提問,大膽表現(xiàn)再加上生動實例可以增加可信度。

  3、薪資問題是面試中比較重要的部分,一旦面試官司提起此類話題,說明他對你還是有一定興趣的,但面試人員可能早已在心里確定好了你的薪金范圍,此時的主要目的只是試探試探你。

  正確的對策應(yīng)該是以守為攻。此時你就算了解此行業(yè)現(xiàn)行的工資水平,或是該公司的工資水平,還是不要說出具體的數(shù)額。你可以反問對方,該職位在公司的大致薪資水平。即使不得不說,你要先誠懇地詢問公司給予此職位的待遇如何,公司整體的薪資福利如何,然后再根據(jù)情況回答,切記協(xié)商時要給自己和面試官留出余地。當然,如果面試官沒有提及薪資,你也不可著急詢問,可在復(fù)試時進行咨詢。

  看了張源的簡歷,對于其目前的狀況、做過些什么、能做些什么、有些什么能力和特長沒有任何概念,但通過與她的交流,得知其人與所應(yīng)聘的職位其實是非常匹配的,職位所要求的任職資格“Qualifications”她都具備:

  雖然張源具備了以上職位廣告中提出的任職資格,但在簡歷中卻未能夠突顯出來,因此,這樣一份簡歷不能夠吸引招聘人員的眼球,很可能第一關(guān)就被淘汰出局了。這份英文簡歷非常不專業(yè),顯得很幼稚,出現(xiàn)了很多錯誤:

 、僮珜懹⑽暮啔v,要遵循“user-friendly”原則,要處處替簡歷閱讀者著想,為對方創(chuàng)造便利。HR每天要給數(shù)十名候選人打電話約見面試,手機號碼的寫法需規(guī)范,這份簡歷遵循了4-3-4的原則,方便撥打。但忽略固定電話則不應(yīng)該。另外,還應(yīng)該增加聯(lián)系地址信息。(若是跨城市找工作,沒有當?shù)芈?lián)系地址,則不寫地址信息:因為若不是急需人才,用人單位可能會考慮到交通成本問題而不給面試機會。)

  ⑧所獲榮譽部分出現(xiàn)了拼寫錯誤。如“activities”容易拼錯,“Top10literaturalpace-setter”我想求職者可能是指“十佳標兵”,但此處“l(fā)iteratural”是杜撰的詞語,想說得簡單點,可用“Top10BestStudents”來表示,其實是十個最優(yōu)秀的學生之一嘛,不過就是中文詞匯豐富了些,變換了說法而已。

 、崃谐龅恼n程過多,可將它們移至教育背景欄目下,并簡單列出與應(yīng)聘職位相關(guān)的課程,像“hotelmanagement”之類的就沒必要提了。

 、庾晕以u價非常主觀,用人單位其實要看你具體做了些什么。張源卻把很多精力放在這里,寄希望全面展示優(yōu)點,顯然,這種想法是錯誤的。首先,這部分使用了大段文字,占據(jù)很大比重,無法引起HR的興趣和注意力。要想抓住HR眼球,千萬不要長篇大論,最好用簡短有力的關(guān)鍵詞和點句。簡歷中不應(yīng)出現(xiàn)第一人稱代詞,這樣顯得不專業(yè)。如果你是與面試官面對面的交流,可以使用“I”、“we”等,但簡歷不應(yīng)該出現(xiàn)“I”、“My”等字詞,同時也應(yīng)盡量減少非實義詞語如代詞、助詞的`出現(xiàn)頻率。
