　　My View on Job-Hopping

　　Many people are inclined to do one job in their lives. In their opinions, people who change their jobs frequently are superficial and tactless. They believe that the only way to success is to stick to one job, for constant practice in a professional field helps make an txpert.

　　But there are still many people who don’t agree. They argue that change means progress. If you are not satisfied with your present job, of course you have the right to replace it with a more challenging and better paid one. Every change is a step to further success. This idea may be. the reason why they change their jobs so often.

　　For my part, I think it reasonable to change your job if you have a better opportuniry. But once you have found a position where you can fully display your ability, it is advisable to settle down to it and put all your efforts into it. Only in this way, can you get the true joy of achieving your goal.

　　我對(duì)更換職業(yè)的看法

　　許多人喜好終身從事一種工作。他們看來，經(jīng)常更換職業(yè)的人淺薄，不老練。他們認(rèn)為成功之道是終守一職，因?yàn)樵谧约旱?業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域中反復(fù)實(shí)踐有助于成才。

　　就我而言，我認(rèn)為若有更好的機(jī)會(huì)，更換一下職業(yè)是合情合理的。但是，一日找到一份你能展示你的才干的職業(yè)，就該專心致志把它做好。只有如此，你才能真正享受到取得成就的歡樂。

　　記得第一次上課默寫單詞的時(shí)候，我只打了80分，是全班最后一名。我感到很慚愧，為此李老師還和我談過話，讓我發(fā)奮努力超過他們。我自己也在心里暗暗地發(fā)誓，一定要努力，爭取拿第一。

　　從這以后，老師只要求抄寫的，我把它抄得全能默寫出來；老師要求得讀熟的.課文，我把它讀得能背下來，還能背得滾瓜爛熟，已至于別的同學(xué)讀都沒我背得流利；老師要求造5個(gè)句子，我把它翻倍，造10個(gè)句子�？傊�，每次我都比老師更嚴(yán)格要求自己。所以，到了第二次上課，讀，聽，背，寫，我都是全班第一了。

　　為此，李老師為了激力其他的同學(xué)，在班上宣布：只要誰趕上或超過了我，就翻倍獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)小盾牌�？墒�，李老師卻在背地里三翻五次的告誡我說："你一定要更加努力，不要停步不前，這樣他們會(huì)很容易趕上你的。"

　　聽了李老師的話后，我也就更加發(fā)奮了。因此，到現(xiàn)在為止，我一直保持著第一的這個(gè)位子。

　　從這里，我終于懂得了"只要功夫深，鐵杵磨成針"的道理：只要你努力了，就沒有干不好的事情。

From the plane window, I could enjoy a unique scene of the white cloud, pretty sky and the bright sun. How marvelous it was! It seemed that I wandered in the paradise. The air hostesses were friendly and warm-hearted. They offered their best service to us with their beautiful smiles. And they also helped us heart and soul when we found it necessary. I regarded them as the most beautiful angels that I had ever seen. Thus, I had great fun time on the plane.

He was glad to see me again and invited me to have some delicious food in a nearby restaurant. Then we took the subway to his living place. I was very tired on that day but I felt so joyous, because this was the first time that I hadtraveled alone.
