Since I go to middle school， I live far away from my hometown， I have few time to stay with my grandma who can cook the delicious food for me。 On this weekend， I decided to go back hometown and visited my grandparents。 When they saw me， they were so happy， grandma went to the kitchen and prepared the food。 As I grew up， I went to the kitchen to help her， I found my grandma’s hands were so dry and wrinkled。 Thinking about her old time to take care of my father， and then take care of me， she was a great woman， in my heart， her hands were the most beautiful hands。

Fortunately,a letter from his grandfather reached them this october,which said that his grandfather would be back to shanghai on december 24th.Li mings parents were so ecited about the news that they didnt sleep well for several nights.Neither did li ming.
The day finally came.On december 24th,the family of li ming were on their way to the airport.When they met at last,they gave grandfather a big hug,tears in their eyes. they got together. what a happy family!
Li ming is one of my classmates. he has been living in shanghai for fifteen years.
Li mings grandfather is a merchant and he has been living in taiwan since liberation of shanghai. they havent heard from him for fifty years.
This october a letter from his grandfather came to them.They learnt from the letter that li mings grandfather is still alive now. and he would be back to shanghai on december 24th. at the moment that they received the letter,li mings father could not help crying. how time flies! half a century.

The contributing factors responsible for this phenomenon can be summarized as follows. To begin with, the spirit of challenge is missing among most university students. As is indicated in the chart above, the majority of students regard steadiness as their top ideal career standard. The very fact shows that now most university students lack the confidence and courage to face hardships and difficulties in terms of work. Whats more, most students are money-oriented and self-centered. Therefore, high income and comfortable environment are viewed as the most important factors in terms of their standards, which indicates most people lack the spirit of serving the people and rewarding the society. In short, the employment ideal of university students needs to be adjusted.
In my view, some necessary measures should be taken to establish new ideal occupation standards among university students. For one thing, a widespread education campaign must be launched to popularize correct employment concepts.
