　　暑假里我看了馬克吐溫著的《威尼斯的小艇》，其中短篇小說《百萬英鎊》是一部很好的作品，讀了它使我感觸很深。

　　《百萬英鎊》是講一個貧窮、誠實(shí)的人，也就是這個故事的主人公收到了一對兄弟的信，信里裝著百萬英鎊。原來這對兄弟打了一個賭，賭如果一個貧窮、誠實(shí)的人收到天上掉下的一百萬英鎊，他會有怎樣的結(jié)果?哥哥認(rèn)為他會餓死，因?yàn)樗麩o法證明這些錢是他自己的，而且會受到別人的懷疑，就連銀行都不會讓他存錢。弟弟卻認(rèn)為他會過得很好。于是他們兄弟倆將一百萬英鎊的支票借給了這個貧窮又誠實(shí)又聰明的人，并出國呆了一個月。沒想到在這段時間里，人們對這位突然暴富的`罕見富翁，竟拼命地拉攏他，從免費(fèi)吃飯，買衣服，到免費(fèi)住宿，一個個像乞丐一樣討好他，并不斷提高他的社會地位，一直到了除王室外最高的公爵之上!不光如此，他還得到了一位好妻子和三萬英鎊的銀行利息，最后還從兩兄弟那兒得到了一份很好的工作，過著非常非常幸福的生活。

　　看到這兒，我很羨慕這位如此“幸運(yùn)”的主人公，真希望能和他一樣幸運(yùn)，但我又轉(zhuǎn)念一想：人們之所以討好他，還不是因?yàn)楫?dāng)時人們太看重金錢了嗎?拜金主義是可恥的，不勞而獲更不應(yīng)該!金錢不是萬能的，世界上還有許多比金錢更重要的東西——良心和品德……

　　對待英語課上的說話，跑坐位。我又該如何做呢？首先，我認(rèn)為上英語課必須要做到每個人管好自己，這是大關(guān)鍵，我覺得我制定的'實(shí)施方案是可以的。也許有時候我的膽子可能小了點(diǎn)，但是我相信有了同學(xué)們對我的信任，我一定會改掉自己的缺點(diǎn)，從而完善我以前的面目。
