　　About a decade ago, university students could find satisfactory and enviable jobs after their graduation. But now, things are different. Todays university students usually experience great difficulties finding satisfactory jobs. They often complain that graduation means joblessness. What is the cause of this phenomenon?

　　Firstly, with the enrollment extension of universities, the supply of university graduates exceeds social demand. This results in a decreased chance for any individual graduate to find a job. Secondly, university students tend to spend most of their time at school in studying academic subjects and lack relevant job experience. Thirdly, some students dont study hard during the college. After four years of university life, they havent gained the knowledge those fairly good jobs or positions require.

　　早上，我剛起床，就聽見一陣“A——B——C——”的朗讀聲��！聲

　　我簡直不敢相信自己的眼睛：只見姥爺捧著一本英語書一本正經(jīng)的.朗讀，表哥正在旁邊一邊認真地聽著，一邊點著頭呢！老爺讀完了，表哥就像一位小老師似地說：“學了這么多，累了吧？學以致用，學英語主要為了應(yīng)用。今天我教你一個單詞，注意我發(fā)音時的口形。yes！yes！也就是‘是’的意思�！�

　　“yes！yes！yes···”老爺反復認真的讀著，盡管念得不是很標準，可就他這年齡來看也夠好的了。

　　中午，姥姥做飯時，發(fā)現(xiàn)醬油用完了，看到姥爺坐在沙發(fā)上正悠閑的讀英語，就大聲喊著：“老伴，快去買醬油！”姥爺愣了一下，“醬······醬油？”然后醒悟似地馬上站起來，舉起手向姥姥敬了個禮，說了一聲：“Yes！”“耶絲，什么是耶絲？”姥姥一臉疑惑，我和表哥卻忍不住大笑起來。

　　哎！真是個好學的姥爺呀！活到老，學到老！

　　我的奶奶今年已經(jīng)60歲了。

　　今天我們給奶奶慶60大壽，媽媽買了一個蛋糕，我們集體唱生日歌“happybirthdaytoyou”，奶奶高興得合不攏嘴，咿咿呀呀地跟著哼起來，并私下讓我教她英語。我爽快地答應(yīng)了，心想:奶奶都年過花甲了，還淘氣。

　　第二天早上，當我還在床上做著春秋美夢時，奶奶早已在床邊叫喚著我的乳名。我沒好氣地拉開被子沖奶奶嚷嚷，可她卻好，一點都不生氣，反而臉上的笑都快堆成褶子了：“乖孫女，不是說好今天教奶奶說英語嗎？怎么，能忘了？”

　　經(jīng)奶奶一提醒，我才想起有這回事�！澳棠�，您都這把年紀了，還學什么英語呀？您又不出國。”“我的乖孫女，奶奶不出國，可奶奶也是個時尚的老太太呀�！闭f著，便來扯我被子。經(jīng)不起她的軟磨硬泡，告別了我的溫柔鄉(xiāng)。

　　一切就緒，開始了我人生的第一次教學生涯。我，這位嚴肅的英語小老師，雙手一叉腰：“奶奶，今天我是你的teacher，你是student。”“絲，絲什么？”“student，就是學生的意思�！�

　　這個單詞太長，我想奶奶一時半會是學不會的。所以，打算從最簡單地入手。

　　“奶奶，這是蘋果，念apple。來，跟我念，apple�！薄癮pple。”“奶奶，我們老師說，念這個單詞的時候嘴巴要圓一點，你的太扁了。Apple�！薄安粚�，不對，再試一次。”

　　“奶奶，是Apple，念成了艾pe，這是不對的�！薄澳棠�！算了算了，我再教你一個絕招吧�？次业�'�！闭f完，我拿起筆，在Apple這個單詞下面寫上兩個中文字：艾拋。

　　“奶奶，這個辦法我們班那些男生老用了，雖然老師不允許，但是效果好。你讀讀看�！薄鞍瑨��！薄皩α�，奶奶，真棒�！�

　　聽我一句夸，我這奶奶呀，眼睛都快瞇成一條縫了。不過，這大好的周末，一個上午就只教會了她一個單詞。

　　“乖孫女，今天就學到這里吧。奶奶得去做飯了。明天，你繼續(xù)教我。蘋果，艾拋�！蓖棠桃宦沸∨艿刈呦驈N房，我這心里直犯嘀咕：奶奶倒是興致高漲，恐怕我的日子，就不好過了。
