Hello ,everyone.I’m Kong Zhongyi. I’m 13 years old. I’m in TSH school, at the grade 8 class 4.I live in Changsha, Hunan.I think I have a pretty good health lifestyle. I run and exercise everday. I like fruits and vegetables. I eating that everyday. I like junk food. And I eat junk food once or twice a week. I like playing sports. I like playing basketball and badminton. My favourite subject is English. And I also like to play computer games. And I like reading books. My favourite book is A Hundred Thousand whys. Because I don’t know why.

When I was a boy, I liked swimming very much. Once my two brothers and I spent the summer holidays with my uncle and aunt in their house by the sea. It was only twenty meters from the water. Every day we put on our swimming shorts before breakfast, ran down to the sea across the sand and jumped in. From then until late at night, we were in the sea or on the beach most of the time. When our aunt rang a bell, we went back to the house for food, but we ate it in our swimming shorts and were soon back in the sea again.
The water was warm, the sun shone everyday, and on most days there were no waves. In the middle of the day a wind always began to blow but it was not strong and did not make the sea rough.

就在上周周日，我們海倫教育舉辦了第四屆海倫杯英語大賽，我報(bào)了英語，雖然練習(xí)不是很難，但我還是要努力復(fù)習(xí)英語，爭取考個(gè)好成績。
開始考試了，我非常緊張，因?yàn)槲覀円爩?0個(gè)單詞和十個(gè)句子。一聲哨下，考試開始了。老師把卷子發(fā)給我們，開始念廣播，廣播要念30分鐘時(shí)間，給我們的時(shí)間并不多，所以我們要抓緊了，實(shí)際我很緊張，心里給自己加著油，我一定要堅(jiān)持到最后。
念到第75個(gè)單詞的時(shí)候，我不會(huì)了，我還沒想上五秒鐘，老師就開始念下一個(gè)單詞了，我只能把這個(gè)單詞放棄了。但下一個(gè)單詞很少，我們還有15秒寫的時(shí)間，于是我用多余的'時(shí)間來把上一個(gè)單詞補(bǔ)了，考試在一分一秒地進(jìn)行著，同學(xué)們都非常緊張，也非常認(rèn)真。老師瞪著一雙大眼睛，走來走去地盯著我們，臺(tái)下的我們當(dāng)然不敢抄襲了。突然，老師說還剩十分鐘了，我們都開始檢查卷子了，因?yàn)檫@次報(bào)名花費(fèi)了五十元，所以我非常認(rèn)真地在檢查，檢查了一遍又一遍，檢查出了三個(gè)錯(cuò)誤。我剛把錯(cuò)誤改好，老師突然又說：“同學(xué)們，該交卷了�！崩蠋煹囊痪湓挵盐殷@呆了，時(shí)間過得好快呀！
想再檢查幾遍的我只好交了卷，走出教室，向回家的方向走去。心里暗暗的想，我一定要得名次，一定要打進(jìn)決賽，我一定要得獎(jiǎng)。為媽媽爭光，為自己爭氣，不要讓老師失望。
