　　邀請函是邀請親朋好友或知名人士、專家等參加某項活動時所發(fā)的請約性書信。它是現(xiàn)實生活中常用的一種日常應(yīng)用寫作文種。邀請函的格式主要有四個部分，分別是標題、稱謂、正文、落款。

　　一、標題

　　由活動名稱和文種名組成，還可包括個性化的活動主題標語。如“XX公司年終客戶答謝會邀請函”�；顒又黝}標語可以體現(xiàn)舉辦方特有的企業(yè)文化特色。

　　二、稱謂

　　邀請函的稱謂使用“統(tǒng)稱”，并在統(tǒng)稱前加敬語。如，“尊敬的× × ×先生/女士”或“尊敬的× × ×總經(jīng)理(局長)”。

　　三、正文

　　邀請函的正文是指商務(wù)禮儀活動主辦方正式告知被邀請方舉辦活動的緣由、目的.、事項及要求，寫明活動的日程安排、時間、地點，并對被邀請方發(fā)出得體、誠摯的邀請。正文結(jié)尾一般要寫常用的邀請慣用語。如“敬請光臨”、“歡迎光臨”。
