　　1）注意人稱，應該用第一人稱的形式給房東（第二人稱）寫便條；

　　2）注意時態(tài)的正確使用：從試題的內(nèi)容上可以看出在表達要點1和2時應用將來時；而要點3中的幾個方面則需要注意時態(tài)的替換，會用到一般過去時，現(xiàn)在時和將來時，所以考生不能只顧句意而忽略時態(tài)的正確使用，可能這是許多考生在這次考試中丟分的主要原因。
