我的英語(yǔ)老師姓趙，她中等個(gè)子，圓圓的臉，非常好看，她穿著樸素而得體，留著一頭短發(fā)，顯得十分干練。趙老師平時(shí)性格很溫柔，有的時(shí)候又十分嚴(yán)厲，就像一個(gè)大姐姐一樣。
趙老師講課很生動(dòng)，對(duì)工作認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)，每次講新課之前，她都會(huì)讓我們背誦一下昨天學(xué)過(guò)的詞語(yǔ)和句子。有一次，一個(gè)同學(xué)把“school”念錯(cuò)了，念成了“撕褲”，老師馬上說(shuō)：“什么？撕褲，你要撕誰(shuí)的褲子？”這一句話讓我們都笑了，就連那個(gè)同學(xué)也笑得合不攏嘴。
還有一次，一個(gè)同學(xué)在寫(xiě)作業(yè)時(shí)，把“媽媽又高又瘦”的英語(yǔ)寫(xiě)成了“媽媽又高又矮”。第二天趙老師一上課就說(shuō)：“昨天的`作業(yè)，有的同學(xué)寫(xiě)的不認(rèn)真，把又高又瘦，寫(xiě)成了又高又矮，你媽媽是高還是矮？莫非是一天高，一天矮？”這次，我們笑得腰都直不起來(lái)了。
趙老師講課就是這么幽默，但有的時(shí)候也很?chē)?yán)厲。我們班的一個(gè)同學(xué)好幾次都沒(méi)有按時(shí)完成作業(yè)，這天老師一進(jìn)教室就大聲說(shuō)：“今天誰(shuí)沒(méi)有完成作業(yè)，站起來(lái)”。那個(gè)同學(xué)不好意思的站了起來(lái)。趙老師馬上狠狠地批評(píng)了他，就連我們也感到害怕。從此以后，那個(gè)同學(xué)每次都能按時(shí)寫(xiě)完作業(yè)，其他同學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)也不敢不認(rèn)真了。
