　　But usually, according to ancient Chinese custom, people think being fat means strong, so they encourage each other to get as fat as they could. When people meet each other, they used to say: "Hey guy, how lucky you are to have gained weight! You look much nicer than before! I hate hearing these words, espe-cially when they are said to me, because getting too fat doesn't mean healthy, but means danger; First of all, when there is too much fat in your body, it will squeeze and press your heart, and it would probably cause heart disease.
