　　Many persons find their place in government service， and many others may be interested in going into the business world.

　　Teaching， newspaper works， medicine， engineering， science -- these and many other fields offer fascinating careers to persons with talent and training.

　　許多學(xué)生在寫英語作文時(shí)都面臨同樣的問題：自己費(fèi)盡心思、絞盡腦汁寫出的作文，卻得不到高分。下面就這個(gè)問題給出幾點(diǎn)自己的體會。

　　一、要學(xué)會揚(yáng)長避短

　　書面表達(dá)要想得高分，就要揚(yáng)長避短。“揚(yáng)長”就是發(fā)揮自己的有利條件，“避短”就是避開自己的不利條件，盡量做到不犯錯(cuò)誤或少犯錯(cuò)誤，這是書面表達(dá)的關(guān)鍵所在。下面把學(xué)生作文中的錯(cuò)誤進(jìn)行歸類總結(jié)，希望引起廣大師生的注意。

　　1.缺少句子成分

　　就是缺少主語、謂語或賓語的現(xiàn)象，這是學(xué)生普遍存在的問題。

　　2.犯重復(fù)錯(cuò)誤

　　就是語義重復(fù)、謂語重復(fù)的問題，例如return back等現(xiàn)象。

　　3.語義不一致的.問題

　　就是主語、謂語、賓語的誤用，這是英漢應(yīng)用習(xí)慣不同所造成的。

　　二、應(yīng)突出自己的個(gè)性

　　所謂突出個(gè)性就是要與眾不同，尤其體現(xiàn)在詞匯的選取和運(yùn)用上。我們要盡量避免使用平淡無奇的詞匯，而且還要避免重復(fù)使用。但是所選詞匯并不是越難越好、越長越好、越生僻越好。如果你所用詞匯是大部分學(xué)生都想不到的表達(dá)方式，那就是與眾不同，體現(xiàn)了你的個(gè)性。比如，通過構(gòu)詞法形成的詞匯：復(fù)合詞、派生詞、合成詞等。

　　三、要盡量顯出文采

　　句子結(jié)構(gòu)單一，會使文章平淡無奇，像白開水一樣，讀起來索然無味。要想使自己的文章顯出文采，應(yīng)該盡量做到句式多樣化，簡單句和復(fù)合句交替使用，使文章結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，語義通順。

　　我起初認(rèn)為學(xué)英語是一件很難的事情，但是在老師和家長的鼓勵(lì)下，我慢慢的發(fā)現(xiàn)了英語的魅力，它雖然是由一個(gè)個(gè)字母組成，但是它表達(dá)的內(nèi)容不多，一般只有兩三個(gè)意思，不像漢字，一個(gè)字甚至有幾十種意思。并且它只有三個(gè)重要的知識點(diǎn)：句型、語法和單詞。使人感覺清晰明了，不像漢字一樣，句子結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜。

　　英語也不僅僅在課內(nèi)學(xué)習(xí)，在生活中我們也可以學(xué)英語。

　　在今天的中午，我看了一個(gè)電影：加勒比海盜。這個(gè)電影中出現(xiàn)了英語，我便看著英文字幕讀出了英語，但大多數(shù)我都不會讀。這證明我所掌握的詞匯還是太少了，在以后還要多多積累詞匯，讓我的詞匯量增加，以便我以后可以看懂句子。

　　英語的魅力還有一個(gè)，那便是語法了。語法的誕生為我們找到了學(xué)英語的規(guī)律和技巧，使我們學(xué)起來英語更加的`容易。
