　　Do you think a good mood is important for us?As a modern people, our mood is like the cars which change every time on the highway.No matter what people you are，The thing accompanied with you along life is the mood and not the other thing.

　　Have a good mood means you must change your view of things.It is not the thing that affects our mood, but our view of things.For example ,you wont feel any special emotion about the ringing sound of the bell.But when you wish the class is over,you will feel the bell is very pleasant.In other words,The things which can't fits our minds will make us happy.

　　So when we face things next time.We might as well try to change our minds.Look on the bright side.We will be happier.

　　My summer sunday of this year was very enjoyable. I went to the countryside to spend my summer sundays. It is very beautiful there. There are green plants, clear rivers, lovely animals and kind people. I spent two weeks helping my grandfather do some farm work there. I wrote down what happened in my diary every day.

　　Besides that, I helped the children in the neighbourhood with their lessons. I helped them read English and improve their spoken English. Their parents thanked me for this.

　　Usually my grandmother comes to Taipei on a slow train three or four times a year. She is eighty-three years old and still very healthy and active. Her eyes and mind are still as clear and fast as her small great-grandchildren. One day we agreed to go home with my grandmother by car on the freeway. She was very excited and kept talking about everything she saw and heard. She talked about the flowers on the small bushes we passed and how smooth the car ride was. She commented about the toll charge and that the freeway was the best road she had traveled on in her life. By the time she got home she was still talking about how fast she got home.
