　　In recent years, college students find it increasingly difficult to get a job. It sounds strange since young college students are usually intelligent, well-educated phenomenon, aspirant and eager to bring their talent into full play. Then what underlies the strange phenomenon?

　　There are several reasons for this. To begin with, nowadays college students aim too high. All they want are good jobs which could offer good salary, comfortable working conditions, and high social status among others. Consequently, most college students are unwilling to accept vacant jobs they consider not good enough. Another reason is that there is a big gap between the majors some students study in school and the demands of vacant jobs. So companies think some students are not fit for the jobs.

　　在上初中之前，我一直都認為英語就是由ABC……這26個字母組成的單詞連成的句子，比我們的國語中文學(xué)起來要簡單很多，知道它也有語法，也有語音語調(diào)，卻從來不知道英語并沒有我想象的那么枯燥，它和人類一樣擁有著生命力

　　在初一那年暑假，英語老師為了讓我們的假期更加有趣充實一點，便建議我們每個星期看一部英文電影，這對于我真的是一個極大的誘惑。在剛開始看的那幾天，我只是單單看個電影情節(jié)，過了兩三個星期后，我發(fā)現(xiàn)電影中的演員們所說的話語配上有趣滑稽的面部表情，顯得惟妙惟肖。我深受感染，有時看得入迷，嘴里還會跟著念叨幾句，語音語調(diào)跟上了心里還會頗有一點成就感。

　　我的英語家教老師覺得我口語進步了很多，有的單詞沒學(xué)也會（雖然不認識單詞，但單詞的.讀音在電影里聽過，便記住了），老師問我最近在學(xué)口語嗎，我便老實告訴她看英語電影的是。后來，老師又建議我去聽一些國外的英文歌曲，也有助于我提升口語，我當(dāng)然十分樂意的接受了這個好意見。

　　后來我媽給我買了一個mp4，歌不多，只有64首，但全都是英文歌，我每天都要聽上一個小時，要求自己不管知不知道歌詞的意思，也要把全部歌都學(xué)會。問我原因，其實也沒什么，只是打心底里喜歡罷了。

　　我喜歡英語，并不是為了追求時尚，而是正真的喜歡它的風(fēng)格，喜歡他的每一個字母，每一個單詞，在他的字里行間中處處都散發(fā)著生命的氣息，令我陶醉。

　　He was upright, loyal and highly esteemed for his wise counsel that brought peace and prosperity to the state.

　　However, when a dishonest and corrupt prince vilified Qu, he was disgraced and dismissed from office.

　　Realizing that the country was now in the hands of evil and corrupt officials, Qu grabbed a large stone and leapt into the Miluo River on the fifth day of the fifth month. Nearby fishermen rushed over to try and save him but were unable to even recover his body.

　　Thereafter, the state declined and was eventually conquered by the State of Qin.
