Our classroom building is in the north of our school. It has seven floors. There are four classrooms on every floor. On the first floor there is a gym. On the third floor there are two computer rooms for students. The science labs are on the second，fourth and fifth floor. The language lab is on the sixth floor. We often have English classes in the language lab. On the seventh floor there is a library, a reading room. A computer room for the teachers is also on the seventh floor.
When we want to look for information we can go to the computer room at noon. When we want to borrow books, the library is open every afternoon. The reading room is open from Monday to Friday the whole day.

到了高中階段，不少學(xué)生對(duì)英語科的學(xué)習(xí)產(chǎn)生畏懼心理，有不少甚至?xí)氲椒艞墸@其中有學(xué)生的因素，也有教師的因素。英語教學(xué)的現(xiàn)實(shí)情況是，很多英語教師為了讓學(xué)生考出好的分?jǐn)?shù)，只是拼命地要學(xué)生背單詞、語法、句型、課文，擠壓式教學(xué)占據(jù)主導(dǎo)地位，導(dǎo)致學(xué)生產(chǎn)生厭學(xué)情緒。長此以往，學(xué)生應(yīng)付考試還可以，實(shí)際運(yùn)用能力就完全不行。有不少學(xué)生感覺自己一直都在勤奮學(xué)習(xí)，但始終摸不到學(xué)好英語的門路，提不起學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣。因此，如何調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣和積極性這個(gè)難題就擺在了我們面前。在多年的教育教學(xué)實(shí)踐中，我總結(jié)了幾條經(jīng)驗(yàn)，供大家討論。
一、變“一言堂”為“群言堂”，讓師生關(guān)系更融洽
課堂是學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的主陣地，這是我們廣大教育工作者的共識(shí)，我們廣大教師都明白這樣一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單的道理：學(xué)生只有“親其師”才能“信其道”。因此，在教學(xué)過程中，尤其是課堂上，一定要重視和學(xué)生處理好關(guān)系。我在自己的課堂一般會(huì)采用這樣的方式與學(xué)生進(jìn)行交流：第一堂課，我從來不進(jìn)行知識(shí)的講解，而是和學(xué)生談話，與他們拉近距離。比如，讓他們進(jìn)行自我展示，進(jìn)行自我介紹，談?wù)剬?duì)學(xué)習(xí)的認(rèn)識(shí)，對(duì)英語學(xué)科的認(rèn)識(shí)，談?wù)勛约旱娜松硐牒蛫^斗目標(biāo)等。這樣，一堂課就在輕松愉快的氣氛中很快地度過，學(xué)生對(duì)下一節(jié)課一定充滿期待，還愁學(xué)生不喜歡英語課，不喜歡英語教師？在輕松把學(xué)生引上路之后，我更加重視學(xué)生的人格。高中生的生理和心理已經(jīng)基本成熟，你對(duì)他們好，他們非常清楚。在我的課堂上，我尊重、關(guān)心每一個(gè)學(xué)生，尤其是對(duì)待后進(jìn)生，我從來就不歧視，而是給他們更多的機(jī)會(huì)，簡(jiǎn)單的問題讓他們回答，給他們樹立自信。這樣堅(jiān)持下來，班級(jí)后進(jìn)生對(duì)英語學(xué)科的學(xué)習(xí)也充滿興趣和信心，何愁學(xué)習(xí)成績不提高？高中生都清楚自己的目標(biāo)，所以尖子生的.工作并不難，你要做好的就是疏導(dǎo)他們的思想，理順了他們的思想，他們的干勁比誰都足。當(dāng)然，做思想工作我也不是只說教，而是和他們從拉家常入手，因?yàn)槲业膬鹤釉诟咧羞M(jìn)步很大，我就經(jīng)常拿我兒子說事，把他作為榜樣讓學(xué)生明白自我調(diào)節(jié)的重要性、自我努力的必要性。這樣，尖子生的學(xué)習(xí)勁頭也足了。“抓兩頭，促中間”，“抓一點(diǎn)，帶一片”，學(xué)生的整體成績還愁上不去？
二、尊重學(xué)生個(gè)性，轉(zhuǎn)變教學(xué)理念，真正因材施教
興趣是最好的老師。學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的態(tài)度和方式?jīng)Q定了學(xué)生英語成績的高低，對(duì)教師來說最好的辦法就是培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的興趣，樹立學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的信心。要培養(yǎng)興趣樹立信心，首要的就是消除學(xué)生的心理障礙，認(rèn)真分析每個(gè)學(xué)生的個(gè)性，采用合適的方法來教學(xué)。在剛接手一個(gè)新班級(jí)很短的時(shí)間內(nèi)，我一定會(huì)通過問卷調(diào)查、個(gè)人介紹、個(gè)別談話等方式了解學(xué)生對(duì)英語學(xué)習(xí)的看法和認(rèn)識(shí)，全面了解他們?cè)诔踔须A段基礎(chǔ)打得怎么樣，然后根據(jù)學(xué)生的個(gè)體差異，正確處理好影響每個(gè)學(xué)生的心理因素。對(duì)英語成績好的學(xué)生多多引導(dǎo)，對(duì)英語成績不好的則要多多鼓勵(lì)，讓每個(gè)學(xué)生都對(duì)學(xué)英語充滿自信和興趣。我的做法就是經(jīng)常和學(xué)生聊天，拉家常，及時(shí)了解他們的思想動(dòng)向，然后有的放矢地采取相應(yīng)的措施。對(duì)不同水平的學(xué)生，提出不同要求，發(fā)放不同習(xí)題。分散難點(diǎn)，降低難度，因材施教。
三、融合生活和學(xué)習(xí)，調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生積極性
課堂的主人是學(xué)生，課堂的主體是操練實(shí)踐，只有進(jìn)行大量的操練，才能進(jìn)一步讓學(xué)生掌握知識(shí)。每當(dāng)講到與生活息息相關(guān)的文章時(shí)，我都會(huì)把生活與教學(xué)有機(jī)地結(jié)合在一塊。比如，一些飲食方面的詞匯，我讓學(xué)生畫出我們常見的事物，學(xué)生非常興奮地去畫，然后請(qǐng)學(xué)生用單詞把這些食物介紹給外國的游客，學(xué)生試著用英語去表達(dá)，我們用小組合作的方式進(jìn)行，讓學(xué)生扮演不同的角色進(jìn)行討論，試著進(jìn)行不同的角色扮演，你說給我聽，我說給你聽，盡可能地讓學(xué)生在不同角色中得到充分的鍛煉，學(xué)生操作興趣濃，既可以訓(xùn)練學(xué)生的口語交際能力，又可以鞏固單詞、句型，提升學(xué)生的練習(xí)興趣和實(shí)際應(yīng)用能力。我還曾經(jīng)要求學(xué)生自己準(zhǔn)備食物和水果，讓學(xué)生對(duì)食物和水果用英語進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)、包裝、介紹，并模擬市場(chǎng)銷售，在課堂上出售，學(xué)生認(rèn)真地選取自己認(rèn)為滿意的食物或水果，運(yùn)用自己所學(xué)的知識(shí)認(rèn)真包裝、介紹，整堂課氣氛熱烈，學(xué)生上起來勁頭十足，上完課了還意猶未盡。
四、用多種導(dǎo)課手段，注重吸引學(xué)生注意力
為了能更好地激發(fā)學(xué)生的興趣，讓學(xué)生對(duì)每節(jié)英語課都充滿期待，我還注重精心設(shè)計(jì)每節(jié)課的導(dǎo)課方式，有以下方式經(jīng)常使用：
1.利用圖片、卡片和插圖
充分利用每篇課文的插圖和與課文有關(guān)的具體實(shí)物等，開展聽說活動(dòng)，從而引出課文的主題。
2.學(xué)生演講
每節(jié)課前由一名學(xué)生進(jìn)行課前演講，主要是鍛煉口頭表達(dá)能力和應(yīng)變能力。
我們要努力改變英語課堂教學(xué)活動(dòng)中普遍存在著講得多、練得少的問題，試圖以教代學(xué)，最后達(dá)不到預(yù)期的教學(xué)效果。因此在英語課堂教學(xué)過程中，我們要結(jié)合學(xué)生的具體情況，根據(jù)學(xué)生的興趣、愛好、好奇心等情況，采取靈活多樣的教學(xué)方式，啟發(fā)學(xué)生的思維，充分調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的積極性，在愉快、輕松的環(huán)境中使學(xué)生掌握相關(guān)的英語知識(shí)，并且可以在實(shí)際生活中得以運(yùn)用，真正把課堂還給每一個(gè)學(xué)生。
