從小學(xué)一年級(jí)開始，我就很少舉手發(fā)言，回答問題，尤其是英語(yǔ)課。但是，那天的英語(yǔ)課卻讓我十分難忘。
“叮鈴鈴——”上課了，我瞅了一眼課程表，上英語(yǔ)課！天哪！我的心情直降谷底！
老師抱著一本英語(yǔ)書，昂著頭，很莊重地走了進(jìn)來。但這時(shí)座位沒有坐滿，老師站在那里，等著同學(xué)們進(jìn)來。小華又蹦又跳地跑了進(jìn)來，老師很生氣地瞪了他一眼……一分鐘之后，同學(xué)們?nèi)慷甲讼聛恚蠋熞查_始對(duì)我們進(jìn)行瘋狂攻擊！老師每問一題，我們就回答。但我，卻一題不答，有一題我明明答對(duì)了，卻把機(jī)會(huì)放手讓給了別人，因?yàn)�，我不敢舉手，怕說錯(cuò)了老師會(huì)批評(píng)我，而且我英語(yǔ)學(xué)得不好，一般般，于是，我呆呆地坐在那。
老師又問了一遍，全班同學(xué)基本都舉起了手，我們班的英語(yǔ)神通小真，都站了起來，我的左桌小唐，鼓著腮，瞪著雙眼，把手舉得高高的。而我卻在邊上縮著努力減少我的`存在感。老師也不知道怎么了，誰(shuí)也不叫就站在那里看著我，我一驚，慢悠悠地舉起手來，老師毫不猶豫地叫了我，讓我回答。我緊張地站了起來，從口里很小心地吐出答案，驚奇的是，我答對(duì)了，老師滿臉笑容給我們組加上一分……
下了課，老師走之前向我做了一個(gè)動(dòng)作，讓我的心暖暖的，老師向我做了一個(gè)大拇指的動(dòng)作，還向我微微一笑，我也笑了，表示我會(huì)繼續(xù)努力。
這一天，我過得十分快活，心里十分歡喜，總覺得今天很幸福，很幸運(yùn)。這件事還讓我明白了一個(gè)道理，那就是，不管做什么事一定要有信心，不要猶豫，猶豫會(huì)讓你更害怕，不管你答得是對(duì)還是錯(cuò)，都要相信自己，永遠(yuǎn)不要低估自己，一定要勇往直前。

As is generally known, the computer can do a wide range of work, including complex computation and analyses. People now also use it as a teaching aid in designing. An infinite variety of software can be put into the computer, which explains why it is so powerful.
There is, however, one thing which we should bear in mind: that the computer cannot think but man can. So there need not be any fear that someday the computer will control us and all we should expect is try our best to bring it to perfection. A computer age is not a pipe dream and there will come a day when most of our needs can be met by this wonderful machine.
