　　As is well known, books teach us to learn life, truth, science and many other useful things. They increase our knowledge, broaden our minds and strengthen our character. 　　Reading is a good thing, but we must pay great attention to the choice of books. It is true that we can derive benefits from good books. However, bad books will do us more harm than good.

　　要學好英語就要學會活學活用，最好能與"老外"對話，可是在生活中我們學生很少有用英語與"老外"交流的機會，因此口語進步就慢。這個雙休日與"老外"學習口語的千載難逢的好機會終于來到了。

　　雙休日，媽媽說，有個外語培訓機構邀請我們試聽一堂25分鐘的外教網絡體驗課，咱試學一下吧。一吃完午飯，我就興致勃勃的來到電腦前，等待英語課的開始。

　　很快，一個披著金黃長發(fā)的'美國英語女老師進入了視頻框，他先向我揮揮手，我臉上擠出一些笑容，說了一聲“Hi”，接著有趣的課堂，精彩的互動開始了。

　　一開始我有些害羞，讀個單詞也是瞻前顧后，回答問題也是很遲鈍，但是沒過幾分鐘后，我便慢慢適應了，每次聽到外教的發(fā)音，我總在腦海里的單詞庫里找到它的意思，然后大聲地回答出老師的問題，就這樣，我覺得回答問題已經得心應手了。

　　很快，25分鐘過去了，一節(jié)課結束了，我們互相道了聲拜拜，雖然只有25分鐘，但是這作為我的第一次外教課，我的收獲還是不小。這對我來說也是一件很新鮮的事，首先我體會了，該怎樣與外國人交流與互動，又感受了洋腔洋調的英語。通過這次學習，我還體會到了外國老師與學校老師上課方式的不一樣，外教老師的發(fā)音帶有濃濃的地方味道，美國老師每次朗讀課文總帶有豐富的動作，氣勢時而高昂時而低沉，也為精彩課堂錦上添花，讓我感到其樂無窮。

　　這次上外教課對我來說，也是一件假期里的新鮮事。我盼望著我能再次體驗英語外教課。

My grandmother has been suffering a chronic illness for more than five years. My younger brother is now studying in a high school. I took part-time jobs during the summer vacation, but what I have earned is far from enough for me to pay the required tuition fees.
