　　Peafowl are three Asiatic species of flying bird in the genus Pavo of the pheasant family Phasianidae best known for the male's extravagant eye-spotted tail which it displays as part of courtship. The male is called apeacock the female a peahen and the offspring peachicks.[1] The adult female peafowl is grey and/or brown. Peachicks can be between yellow and a tawny colour with darker brown patches. The term also embraces the Congo Peafowl which is placed in a separate genus Afropavo.

　　有一次我因為作業(yè)太多沒有來得及寫英語作業(yè)，那個時候我覺得寫不寫都沒有什么所謂，所以就沒有多在意，但是英語老師知道班里只有我一個人沒有完成她布置的她認為很簡單的作業(yè)，一氣之下把我叫到了辦公室對我進行教育，老師告訴我學(xué)習(xí)英語的重要性，讓我明白了許多關(guān)于學(xué)習(xí)英語的好處，我那個時候才發(fā)現(xiàn)原來英語那么的重要，并且老師想要幫助我學(xué)習(xí)英語，因為她認為女孩子學(xué)習(xí)英語會容易一點，只要我肯下功夫，聽到老師這樣的話語，我心里也暗暗的為自己鼓勁，覺得自己是可以的`，從那時開始我就開始了特別勤奮的學(xué)習(xí)英語之路。

　　以前我從來都不記英語單詞，現(xiàn)在我每天早上都會比以前起早一個小時來記憶英語單詞，因為單詞是基礎(chǔ)，現(xiàn)在學(xué)的記的單詞都不多，等到以后更加多了，所以我打算在現(xiàn)在開始就記多一點，以后學(xué)習(xí)英語就會簡單一點，我每次在記單詞的時候都會特別的開心，因為我覺得很容易就記住了，以前覺得難就是因為自己不喜歡英語，沒有重視英語，現(xiàn)在我覺得學(xué)習(xí)英語其實挺簡單的，雖然年級高了，英語的難度也會加大，但是我覺得只要自己努力，沒有什么是困難的。

　　現(xiàn)在我對于學(xué)習(xí)英語特別的感興趣，也特別的喜歡并且感謝自己的英語老師，因為她的鼓勵讓我的英語成績上升了許多，不再是英語差生了，學(xué)習(xí)英語真的特別的好玩。

In the south of our school's Yifu Library, there is a contemplator statue sitting in the square. He has sited and kept silent there for many years. I think this statue teach us how to consider and reflect. That's to be modest and silent, when thinking. It will be a valuable venture for all researchers and students. So it is necessary to study how to keep silent.

　　Someone may realize that silence is rather easier than speech. I think it is not exactly true. Speech only needs our courage and confidence. However, silence not only needs our courage, but also need us to have clear mind and generous heart. Sometimes it's not easy to get this. For example, do you remember in the world cup final 20xx, Zidan (the captain of French team) head-butt a player of Italy so that he was showed red card and sent off immediately. It is pity for French, because of losing the leader in the football field. Finally, French team lost the opportunity of achieving final success. So silence make person calm, and avoid impulsion.
