　　整個班都進行完畢后，外教讓我們兩兩一組，寫下自己和同伴的優(yōu)點和不足，我在紙上點評了自己“過于緊張”，mr。l看到后對我說：“緊張是不可避免的，當我剛開始做老師時，我也因為同學們的眼睛而緊張，我感覺他們的目光像釘子一樣，不敢有半點差錯，但是現(xiàn)在我已經(jīng)習慣了，希望你下次會越來越輕松�！�

　　是啊，越來越輕松，說起來容易做起來難啊，怎么才能做到呢？需要多少次的練習和多么認真的準備呢？我不知道答案，但我堅信，每一次演講就是一次歷練，不僅是在培養(yǎng)能力，更在于面對撲面而來的注視和關注仍能坦然面對，淡然處之，這是一種人生態(tài)度。
