Today is my mother's birthday. My father and I wanted to give her surprising birthday presents.
In the morning we went to the shop and bought a big cake. Then we went to the market and bought some food that mother liked very much. After getting home, we began to prepare our presents. Father went into the kitchen to prepare a big meal while I went into my room to make a birthday card. I drew three rabbits biggest one was eating grass while the other two were playing happily under a big tree. To tell you the truth, it was my family because all of us were born in the year of rabbit.It was almost 12 o'clock. The delicious food on the table made my mouth water. Everything was ready. We seated ourselves at the table, waiting for my mother. When we heardthe sound of opening the door, we hid behind the door and cheered, "Happy Birthday!" as soon as mother came in.Mother was seated at the table and I showed her my present. She looked at it and smiled. "Have a taste of the delicious food. It was made by Father himself."I said. Mother looked at my father and me, picking up her chopsticks.

My mom can be tough.The unit far from home,she went to work every day before dawn,go home after dark,for my cooking,laundry,counseling,homework,and check ......has been busy working to go to bed very late.My mother loved me,when I fell ill,she is very anxious to take me to hospital; I passed the ten-year-old birthday,my mother gave me time to buy a birthday cake,carefully prepared a birthday present ,while on her own birthday,but never mentioned.Mom's birthday this year is to catch up on Saturday,I want to give her a surprise,to repay my mother for my deep love.
Mom's birthday,her unit went very early to work overtime.Mom had left I got up,finished work will be busy for them.I know my mother loves a clean,polished table,so I first spotless,sweeping straight up the ground again twice,to clean the room was clean,neatly placed after the items and took out my pocket money this month money went to buy a bouquet of flowers near the store's pink carnation and a very beautiful card.I put flowers in a vase gracefully,will write a "Happy Birthday Mom!" Around 12 noon,my mother finally returned,she opened the door side,while calling my name.I am out of the kitchen,hands,carrying a bowl of steaming noodles in soup,respectfully before it ended to her mother,excitedly said:"Today is your birthday,I try to do the longevity noodles,you quickly try delicious?"Mom smiled,looked at the flowers and cards on the table and gently stroked my head,very pleased and said:" My child,you really grow up,and wiser."Then,she quickly took bowl of my hands,sitting at the table,gusto to eat,even that tasty.I was flattered,has looked at the mother eat the noodles,while quietly said to himself:"Every your next birthday,I have to do to you long life noodles,I wish you health and longevity.Mom,I love you!"

Whenever I have trouble doing something and think about giving up the scene that happened three years ago to mother just come into my mind.Having asked for a leave from the teacher I left the boring class and went to home with my favorite novel tucked under my arm. Father was at work brother was at school mother wouldn‘t be back from her small store until evening.
I felt very happy thinking that I would have the entire house to myself. I bounded up steps burst into the room but was shocked by whatever I saw. Mother was sitting in the sofa sobbing with her shoulder twitching. I had never seen mother crying before. I went close to her asking what had happened. She wiped her tears forced a smile and told me calmly that her small store was going to break. I didn’t know how to comfort her at the moment but I did know what the small store meant to her.Mother ran the small store in order for my brother and me to have a better education. As father worked with low salary which could merely afford the whole family‘s life necessities mother had to try hard to earn money for our education. She was frantic to make money before she managed the store herself. She once worked day and night for months on end in a small restaurant.
It was a very difficult period of time for her. But she never complained before us. Eventually she had her own business by running the small store. And she really managed it well all the time with great efforts. I never expected that the store would break. This will undoubtedly take everything away from my mother. I couldn‘t help worrying about her. Mother seemed to read the worry on my face. She patted me on my shoulder speaking with a faint smile: "Well it may not be that serious. I‘ll try to make it better whatever. We‘ll be fine my dear boy." I was so moved by mother‘s words.
It turned out that mother really rebuilt her business soon and the store ran well. I could imagine how much mother had paid for her small store business. It was really too much for a woman. But she never gave up. She just went ahead with her unusual perseverance.Now both my brother and I are studying at college. Mother works harder to finance our education. She is struggling by all means to keep the store business going. Her unusual perseverance is so inspiring to me that I will never give up halfway in my life.
