誠信與責任
It is true that most of us value honesty highly. However, nowadays we often confront confidence crisis such as cheating, overcharging, fake commodities and so on. I think that we should be honest because being honest is not only beneficial to ourselves but also to others and the whole society. The reasons can be listed as follows.Firstly, only honest people can be truly respected by the others and can make more friends over a long period of time.
Secondly, honesty, which is the traditional virtue of the Chinese people, can make our life easier and more harmonious. Thirdly, honesty can make our society more stable. A case in point is that Singapore, a society featuring trustworthiness and integrity, has a comparatively low criminal rate.
Responsbility can be understood in many ways. for the parents , they have had the responsibility for caring for and fostering their children since the birth of their baby.for teachers,both in kindergartens and colleges,they also should be responsible for the study and life of their students,that is to say,teahers are the second parents of children somewhile.
for us,as a friend of others,it is our responsibility to help our friends when they are in trouble or faced with difficulties. each one has the different responsibily based on their roles but we must take it for granted that we are responsible for the society.

Making money is a fundamental aim of the executives, and creating as much social benefits as possible is also their responsibility. Furthermore, only staying in the range of law is not enough.
In the first place, the corporate executives primary aim is earning as much profit as possible for the companies. The companies are built to earn money, without this aim,the modern society, which is pushing by the accumulation of capitals, would not develop in such a speed. The modern industry world is based on the value that making as much money as possible at lowest cost. Holding this value, the executives have to try their best to maximize profits of the corporations, otherwise, they will fail in the competitive business world. So in order to make corporate improving and keep the position of all the employees, the executives most important responsibility is to earn profits. Of course, it could also ensure their own good lives. Making more and more money, the lives of whole corporate workers will be better, the tax incomes of the nation will raise, the business market will be active, and the society will develop faster.Accordingly, making more economical benefits is the aim of the corporations, and the responsibility of executives.

一瞬間，老媽突“爆炸”了：“每次都是‘我知道了’,可是你又有哪次做到了呢？簡直就是一個大懶鬼!”
聽著老媽的話，我也不太高興，自然是反抗，家庭大戰(zhàn)爆發(fā)了。
戰(zhàn)爭結(jié)束了，兩敗俱傷，老媽氣呼呼的走了。我也是鼻子發(fā)酸，眼眶微紅。靜默了好一會，我關(guān)了燈，準備睡覺。窗戶外，皎潔的月光流進房間,浸潤在我的身上，濕潤如水，給人舒適之感，似在安撫，又似在教導。是啊，如果將房間整理得如月光、如流水般干凈,說不定也是件好事。
第二天，完成作業(yè)后，我勤快地將書桌上擺得七零八落的資料收拾好。一開始還有些不適應，漸漸地，也不是那么手忙腳亂了。很快，桌子清理好了。課外書是課外書，教科書是教科書，學習用品和娛樂用品都有了它們各自固定的位置。再將散落在床上的衣服疊好，放進衣柜，將書包好好整理好。一切收撿好后，我抹了抹額頭上細細細細的汗珠，驚喜地看著整理后的房間，一切都是如此整潔。
老媽進屋給我送蘋果的時候，眼底也染上了驚喜，豎起大拇指表揚我。我有些別扭地將頭別了過去，嘴角那微微上揚的弧度卻溢出了我心底的自豪與喜悅。
夜晚，月色悠悠，似在歌，若在語：或許負責的過程會灑下辛苦的汗水，但是盡責的結(jié)果，總是甜的。
