  Oh no!試卷一發(fā)下來,猛地一看:一共有三張試卷,雙面的。老師說,聽力只聽一遍,時間一小時。隨著同學們緊張的心情,聽力錄音開始了。第一道題是讓我們補充表格內的信息,讀得好快啊,而且我們都還沒聽清楚呢!

  在每道題都有一段時間讓我們審題,在那段時間里,旁邊的很多同學都在抱怨,嘻嘻!其實我也覺得快了些!

  時間一分一秒的過去,我們在奮筆疾書。就在最后五分鐘時,老師提醒了我們:“只有五分鐘了啊!抓緊時間做!”當時,我正在寫作文。作文的要求是:介紹你熟悉的一座城市,不少于70個單詞,10句話。我相信大部分同學寫的都是廣州,我也不例外!

  Laziness is a sin, everyone knows that. We have probably all had lectures pointing out that laziness is immoral, that it is wasteful, and that lazy people will never amount to anything in life. But laziness can be more harmful than that, and it is often caused by more complex reasons than simple wish to avoid work. Some people who appear to be lazy are suffering from much more serious problems. They may be so distrustful of their fellow workers that they are unable to join in any group task for fear of ridicule or fear of having their ideas stolen. These people who seem lazy may be paralyzed by a fear of failure that prevents fruitful work. Or other sorts of fantasies may prevent work; some people are so busy planning, sometimes planning great deals or fantastic achievements that they are unable to deal with whatever "lesser" work is on hand. Still other people are not avoiding work; strictly speaking, they are merely procrastinating—rescheduling their day.

  Laziness can actually be helpful. Like procrastinators,some people may look lazy when they are really thinking planning, contemplating, researching. We should all remember that some great scientific discoveries occurred by chance or while someone was "goofing off". Newton wasn't working in the orchard when the apple hit him and he devised the theory of gravity. All of us would like to have someone "lazy" build the ear or stove we buy, particularly if that "laziness" were caused by the worker's taking time to check each step of his work and to do his job right. And sometimes, being "lazy"—that is,taking time off for a rest —is good for a overworked student or executive. Taking a rest can be particularly helpful to the athlete who is trying too hard or the doctor who's simply working himself overtime too many evenings, at the clinic. So be careful when you're tempted to call someone lazy. That person may be thinking, resting, or planning, his or her next book.

  (一)Lead-in

  導入的任務是喚起注意,醞釀情緒,帶入特定的語言交際場。在教師的指導下進行回答問題,小組討論。

  1、要求學生回答下列問題:

  Do you have pocket money?

  2、四人小組討論下列題目:

  How do we deal with(處理) our pocket money?

  (五)Writing

  要求學生根據(jù)大家的'討論和教師的指點以及他們所擬的提綱,盡快地把文章寫出來。學生在充分準備的基礎上進行文字寫作實踐。這一階段的具體任務有四項:1、草稿;2、自檢錯誤;3、文字推敲、潤飾;4、初步定稿。

  在這一過程中,教師巡視,給以學生必要的幫助和指導,特別是幫助指導一些有困難的學生。查看學生寫作的內容要點是否齊全,表達是否準確,用詞、句型結構的使用是否正確,單詞拼寫是否有誤,語法結構的數(shù)量和準確性,上下文的連貫性以及語言的得體性。鼓勵學生在完成這一任務的過程中應用較多的語法和詞匯,合理使用較復雜結構和較高級詞匯。

  (六)Checking

  教師在引導學生實施這一過程的任務之前,首先應向學生展現(xiàn)作文評分標準,特別是中考作文的評分標準、評分原則、給分要求,以及各個檔次的要求和分值。在評價作文時,重點放在它所表達的思想及表達方式上,看作者對材料的分析是否準確、有新意,文章是否切中題目,是否完全完成了規(guī)定的任務,等等。這一過程的具體任務有:

  1、Checking in pairs

  同桌交流習作,通過辨認并改正彼此的內容要點的遺漏,句子結構和語法以及用詞的錯誤,再一次為學生提供學習的機會,并強化同學間的合作性學習。

  2、Class correction

  聽班級反饋。選出一篇學生習作,通過投影進行討論并集體修改,讓1—2位同學提出修改意見。評述學生習作的內容要點、語言的準確性、遣詞造句、語法結構、句子句型、過渡詞語、語篇結構以及標點符號的使用。采取反饋和同學間相互閱讀作文的方法。學生既是作者又是讀者,他們通過閱讀別人的作文,可以學到更多的寫作技巧。

  3、Teacher feedback

  學生聽教師評述。教師對學生的修改意見進行簡要的評述,然后通過幻燈展示范文,并強調寫作要點。然后,要求學生再次對作文進行修改,不但要求要點齊全,語言表達準確連貫,而且在此基礎上,求新、求精。適當使用并列句、定語從句、名詞性從句。

  4、Hand in

  in many international business negotiations abroad, americans are perceived as wealthy and impersonal. it often appears to the foreign negotiator that the american represents a large multi-million-dollar corporation that can afford to pay the price without bargaining further. the american negotiators role becomes that of an impersonal purveyor of information and cash.

  in studies of american negotiators abroad, several traits have been identified that may serve to confirm this stereotypical perception, while undermining the negotiators position. two traits in particular that cause cross-cultural misunderstanding are directness and impatience on the part of the american negotiator. furthermore, american negotiators often insist on realizing short-term goals. foreign negotiators, on the other hand, may value the relationship established between negotiators and may be willing to invest time in it for long-term benefits. in order to solidify the relationship, they may opt for indirect interactions without regard for the time involved in getting to know the other negotiator.
