　　Good morning everyone! At first, let me tell you a romantic story. A young man was sweet upon the woman who was met in a ball, but she misunderstood his pride and hated him when she met him. After a series of interesting coincidence, young man overcame his pride and woman also estimated her prejudice. They finally got together. Do you guys think this story is familiarOk, let me introduce to you the book named Pride&Prejudice.

　　Part 1 Background

　　Pride and Prejudice is written by Jane Austen.The story follows the main character, Elizabeth Bennet, as she deals with issues of manners, morality, education, and marriage in the society of the landed gentry of the British Regency.

　　As we all know, Price and Prejudice is a famous and popular literature in the world.In a 2008 survey of more than 15,000 Australian readers, Pride and Prejudice came first in a list of the 101 best books ever written. Part 2 Main Characters

　　Elizabeth Bennet

　　She is the second of the Bennetdaughters, who is intelligent, lively, playfuland attractive. But she loves to judge people in the first sight and

　　to be selective of the evidence on which she based her judgements.  Mr. Darcy

　　He is the wealthy owner of the renowned family estate.Handsome, tall and charming, but he lacks the social communicating skills making him looks rude and pride.

　　He is a handsome, good-natured, and wealthyyounggentleman of 23.He is contrasted with his friend Mr. Darcy as having more generally pleasing manners, although not quite so clever.

　　Jane Bennet

　　She is the eldest Bennet sister, who is considered the most beautiful young lady in the neighborhood. Her character is contrasted with Elizabeth's as sweeter, shyer, and equally sensible, but not as clever.

　　Part 3 Plot Summary

　　It is mainly describe the love story of Bennet’sfour daughters. Mr. Bingley is newly from London and fall in love with the eldest sisterJane, who is gentle and beautiful. His friend Darcy is fond of the second daughter Elizabeth. However, because of his arrogant attitude, Elizabeth prejudice against him.Their marriage moves slowly. After a range of complicated troubles, they walked out of the frog which was price and prejudice. This is called a perfect ending.

　　Conclusion

　　To sum up ,if you love someone you’ll be willing to change yourself and be a better person to satisfy the one you love. That’s my understanding from this book.If you want to know about the British society's life in that time, you really should read this book. That’s all of my presentation.
