時(shí)光匆匆，轉(zhuǎn)眼間我已走過了四年的從教生涯。雖然在大家看來(lái)這段時(shí)間有些短暫。但細(xì)數(shù)往昔歲月的點(diǎn)點(diǎn)滴滴，我還是要長(zhǎng)嘆：生活原來(lái)給了我們那么多感動(dòng)。為了這真情付出后得到的感動(dòng)，我一直在追求著。剛剛參加工作時(shí)，信心百倍。記得第一次以教師的身份走進(jìn)課堂，感覺一切都是那樣美好。然而，醉酒方知酒味濃，為師才知為師難。一段時(shí)間之后，我先前良好的自我感覺早就一掃而空，面對(duì)一群求知欲渴的孩子們，我才真正意識(shí)到教師職業(yè)是何等的艱辛和瑣碎，三尺講臺(tái)站上去容易，要站好可真難��！
每個(gè)人都希望自己的人生風(fēng)和日麗，鶯歌燕舞。但月有陰晴圓缺，人有旦夕禍福，挫折和失敗總是不斷地踩痛我們的心。我們是把失意的怨氣撒在孩子身上，還是收起此時(shí)內(nèi)心的苦楚用微笑面對(duì)純真可愛的孩子？我想沒有人愿意選擇前者，因?yàn)槟愕男闹杏袗�！魯迅先生有句話“教育是植根與愛的”。是的，愛是教育的源泉，教師有了愛，才會(huì)用伯樂的眼光去發(fā)現(xiàn)孩子們的閃光點(diǎn)，才會(huì)對(duì)自己的教育對(duì)象充滿了信心和愛心，才會(huì)有追求卓越的精神和創(chuàng)新的精神。
