善于利用多媒體等多種手段輔助教學(xué)，使學(xué)生接觸到的知識(shí)更立體、更直觀、更生動(dòng)。教師們利用視頻、音樂、卡片等使學(xué)生的目光一直被吸引住，特別是老師們制作的'課件內(nèi)容豐富、精彩，這也體現(xiàn)出在現(xiàn)代的教學(xué)中對(duì)老師提出的要求，熟練掌握多媒體設(shè)備的應(yīng)用。對(duì)我印象最深的是河北保定的張偉紅老師，張老師對(duì)多媒體的應(yīng)用十分熟練，特別是自己精心制作的小視頻，為此節(jié)課增色不少，可見做一名合格的教師，不僅要有過硬的專業(yè)知識(shí)，還要熟練運(yùn)用現(xiàn)在的多媒體輔助手段。
二、教師們別具一格的教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)
每一位教師的教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)都新穎獨(dú)特，增強(qiáng)了學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣，拓寬了學(xué)生的視野，再加上精美的課件，每一節(jié)課都給人賞心悅目的感覺。最讓我欣賞的是老師們的拓展，從本節(jié)課的內(nèi)容拓展到以后的學(xué)習(xí)乃至人生，不僅讓學(xué)生學(xué)到了知識(shí)，還教會(huì)了學(xué)生做人做事的道理，真可謂是意味深長。
三、調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的積極性，讓學(xué)生成為課堂的主人
通過聽課，我發(fā)現(xiàn)每位教師充分調(diào)動(dòng)了學(xué)生的積極性，通過各種各樣特色鮮明的.活動(dòng)，學(xué)生在活動(dòng)中學(xué)習(xí)，在玩中學(xué)習(xí)。不僅參與性高，而且質(zhì)量高。比如長沙的許世群老師，通過讓學(xué)生表演課本劇，充分感受領(lǐng)略西方的節(jié)日――――萬圣節(jié)，拉近了學(xué)生與異國文化的距離；新疆的李老師，通過讓學(xué)生角色扮演，讓學(xué)生身臨其境的感受文本的內(nèi)容，這些老師真正做到了讓學(xué)生成為課堂的主人。
