會(huì)議類新聞通稿在各類通稿中結(jié)構(gòu)最嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)，語言邏輯要求最高的一類。這種新聞稿要求作者要將會(huì)議精 神融入到稿件中。
這一類新聞稿的結(jié)構(gòu)一般是：第一段，寫好導(dǎo)語，點(diǎn)明與會(huì)人員、主持人;第二段，提煉領(lǐng)導(dǎo)講話、嘉賓發(fā)言的主要內(nèi)容;第三段，理清會(huì)議的程序;第四段，介紹會(huì)議舉辦的背景或者舉辦該會(huì)議的意義。
寫這類新聞稿時(shí)，必須注意一下幾點(diǎn)：
1、標(biāo)題要恰當(dāng)，符合會(huì)議的規(guī)格
不同的會(huì)議，寫的通訊稿不同，首先就體現(xiàn)在標(biāo)題上，會(huì)議的標(biāo)題要盡量符合會(huì)議的規(guī)格。
2、導(dǎo)語中要體現(xiàn)會(huì)議的名稱、舉辦的地點(diǎn)等要素的全稱。導(dǎo)語是全文中最直接、最集中體現(xiàn)會(huì)議情況的話語，導(dǎo)語寫得好，通訊稿要表達(dá)的內(nèi)容就可以很好地把握了。所以，寫導(dǎo)語的時(shí)候不能過于省略，而必須正式一點(diǎn)，要把會(huì)議全稱、舉辦地點(diǎn)等要素寫清楚。比如“2008 年北京奧運(yùn)會(huì)志愿者座談會(huì)”,這是會(huì)議的全稱，漏掉一個(gè)字都不行。會(huì)場(chǎng)橫幅上的會(huì)議名稱是如此，新聞中就應(yīng)該這樣體現(xiàn)，這是客觀性的一個(gè)體現(xiàn)。而舉辦的地點(diǎn)則要寫清楚明白，這要寫明、寫全。
3、寫清出席的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)姓名、職稱，注意領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的排序問題。會(huì)議一般都有領(lǐng)導(dǎo)參加，而且領(lǐng)導(dǎo)是會(huì)議的重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容，因此在新聞稿中對(duì)出席的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)要的介紹是必不可少的。介紹出席的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的時(shí)候，要特別注意寫清楚領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的職位，而且職位要在姓名之前。如果有多個(gè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)出席，新聞中還存在介紹領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的先后問題，奉行的原則就是“來賓位于最前，綜合級(jí)別、資歷來排序。”但有時(shí)候，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的排序不僅要按照級(jí)別，也要考慮到領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的資歷問題。例如，同樣是副區(qū)長(zhǎng)，為什么有的副區(qū)長(zhǎng)一定要放在前面，而有的放在后面，這是因?yàn)楦魑桓眳^(qū)長(zhǎng)的資歷不同，有的副區(qū)長(zhǎng)職稱較高，有的副區(qū)長(zhǎng)任期較久，甚至有的副區(qū)長(zhǎng)比較年長(zhǎng)，這些都是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)排序需要注意的問題。
4、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)講話內(nèi)容的提煉。在會(huì)議類新聞稿中，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的講話內(nèi)容最重要的。但又不能將領(lǐng)導(dǎo)講話的所有內(nèi)容抄進(jìn)新聞稿中。所以，要對(duì)這些講話內(nèi)容進(jìn)行提煉。提煉領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的講話內(nèi)容要注意措辭，用詞簡(jiǎn)練，要體現(xiàn)出層次感，一些理論方面的提法要準(zhǔn)確，要提高理論的高度。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)講話都是很有邏輯性的，將各層次的內(nèi)容用一兩句話提煉出來，再按順序組合，就能把領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的講話的精髓囊括了。比如領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的致辭，一般分為三大部分的內(nèi)容，首先是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對(duì)出席會(huì)議的嘉賓、師生代表的歡迎;其次是簡(jiǎn)要介紹會(huì)議的背景;最后是對(duì)與會(huì)的人員提出一些希望。再比如領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的重要講話，一般分為四個(gè)部分，首先是肯定之前取得的成績(jī);其次是概括召開本次會(huì)議的意義，再次是本次會(huì)議的主要內(nèi)容的介紹，最后是對(duì)與會(huì)人員提出幾點(diǎn)關(guān)于認(rèn)真貫徹會(huì)議精神的要求。
5、介紹會(huì)議的程序要有主次。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)講話結(jié)束后，要介紹整個(gè)會(huì)議的流程，會(huì)議上進(jìn)行的活動(dòng)可能有很多，這就要求作者要注意分清主次，跟會(huì)議主題聯(lián)系緊密的重點(diǎn)介紹，而一些瑣碎的程序則少介紹或不介紹，如會(huì)議的討論環(huán)節(jié)、收看重要的視頻資料、表彰環(huán)節(jié)等都是比較重要的程序，而像分發(fā)、收取材料等環(huán)節(jié)則可略去。
6、描繪會(huì)場(chǎng)氣氛。會(huì)場(chǎng)的氣氛能夠讓讀者了解與會(huì)人員對(duì)召開此次會(huì)議的態(tài)度，了解會(huì)議的反響，奠定會(huì)議的基調(diào)，是宣傳會(huì)議的一個(gè)重要部分。一般情況下，會(huì)場(chǎng)氣氛往往是熱烈的，主要從與會(huì)人員的反應(yīng)中獲得信息，如 “xxx 的講話引起了與會(huì)人員的激烈討論”、“全場(chǎng)掌聲不斷”等。
