　　I think her confidence in herself is well grounded in her track record, especially when considering the fact that she entered into this university as the daughter of a most impoverished family, but graduated as a top student.

　　寫推薦信的注意事項(xiàng):

　　什么時(shí)候開始要求推薦人幫你寫推薦信呢?一般來說，一旦你確定你要申請的學(xué)校就要著手準(zhǔn)備推薦信的事情了，然后根據(jù)不同學(xué)校的決定和你個(gè)人的喜好來決定是通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)來提交推薦信呢還是提供普通的紙質(zhì)版本。

　　下面是幾個(gè)在寫推薦信的時(shí)候要注意的事項(xiàng):

　　◆ 一定要給推薦人留有充足的時(shí)間來準(zhǔn)備推薦信。

　　每個(gè)申請人可能都會(huì)申請多所學(xué)校，所以需要多個(gè)版本的推薦信，雖然不同學(xué)校問的問題有所重復(fù)，但是還是有所不同。

　　如果你希望推薦人給你寫一封有份量的推薦信，那么請你盡量提前通知他們。

　　你可能覺得，不就是幾份推薦信嗎?可是，每個(gè)工作的人都很忙，再加上申請MBA 的時(shí)間一般是年底，公司里的事情可能更多，還有，你可能不是唯一的一個(gè)要求這個(gè)人寫推薦信的人，所以越早準(zhǔn)備越好。

　　◆ 注意提醒推薦信的截止日期。

　　在你要求推薦人寫信時(shí)，請你注意提醒推薦信必須提交的日期，以免錯(cuò)過申請時(shí)機(jī)。

　　如果是網(wǎng)絡(luò)提交的，在截止日期當(dāng)天提交就可以。

　　如果是郵遞的，則還要考慮郵遞的時(shí)間問題。

　　◆ 讓推薦人了解你的職業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃。

　　推薦人的選擇寫推薦信的第一步就是要選擇推薦人，有工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的人認(rèn)識的人，結(jié)交的朋友多的很，到底由誰來寫推薦信最好呢?是不是一定要找職位最高的人來寫呢?這里就介紹幾個(gè)選擇推薦人要注意的問題：

　　第一：寫推薦信的人的職位并不是越高越好。

　　首要條件是選擇一個(gè)最了解你的人，最了解你的成長過程的人，只有這樣的人才能夠針對你的優(yōu)點(diǎn)缺點(diǎn)進(jìn)行深入的分析，繼而提供有深度的推薦，而不是泛泛而談。

　　如果你找了一個(gè)身處高位，但是和你不熟悉的人來寫一封用在誰身上都合適的推薦信，可能達(dá)不到應(yīng)有的效果。

　　第二：推薦人最好熟悉你的職業(yè)成長經(jīng)歷。

　　有的學(xué)校要求2-3 封的推薦信，有的只要求一封，這個(gè)時(shí)候選擇推薦人就更有講究了。

　　對于只要求一封推薦信的學(xué)校，最好是選擇你現(xiàn)在任職或過去任職的單位的直接上司來寫推薦信，因?yàn)镸BA 的申請和職業(yè)經(jīng)歷有很大的關(guān)系，學(xué)校比較看重的是你的職業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和成長過程，任職單位的老板寫出來的比較有說服力，如果你選擇了一個(gè)以前在校學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)的教授來寫，估計(jì)達(dá)不到同樣的效果。

　　如果學(xué)校要求2-3封推薦信，你可以在工作單位的老板，同事，以前學(xué)校里的教授來寫，以達(dá)到平衡的效果，每個(gè)人能從不同的側(cè)面來描述你的特點(diǎn)，綜合在一起能構(gòu)成一個(gè)完整的你。

　　第三：避免親屬或者家庭成員推薦。

　　有的人說，要是我在家族的公司里工作怎么辦?雖然你的親屬可能很了解你，但是寫推薦信的時(shí)候盡量不要表明你們的血緣關(guān)系。

　　有的學(xué)校明確規(guī)定不能由家庭成員來寫推薦信。
