　　如何寫好一封優(yōu)秀的推薦信【2】

　　1、選擇合適的推薦人。

　　推薦人的選擇很重要，申請(qǐng)者在選擇推薦人時(shí)也不能馬虎。

　　推薦人不僅要熟悉申請(qǐng)者的學(xué)習(xí)和工作，同時(shí)熟悉申請(qǐng)人的動(dòng)機(jī)和學(xué)習(xí)計(jì)劃，而且要與申請(qǐng)人有比較密切的交流。

　　在中國，申請(qǐng)者一般會(huì)碰到這樣的問題，選擇牛人，比如某某大學(xué)校長，某某中科院院士，他們因地位高而突顯信譽(yù)。

　　這些人本和學(xué)生沒有什么學(xué)術(shù)關(guān)系，但學(xué)生通過種種關(guān)系找到這種人推薦還是可以的。

　　選擇熟悉的人，一般情況下是學(xué)生的老師，他們教授學(xué)生課程，指導(dǎo)學(xué)生實(shí)驗(yàn)，我們稱之為“熟悉學(xué)生的人”，可是這些教授通常知名度很有限，沒有什么國際影響力。

　　向左走，還是向右走?我們的意見是盡量找“熟悉你的牛人”，當(dāng)兩者只能選其一的時(shí)候，就選熟悉你的人。

　　2、如何寫好“中國式”推薦信

　　在國外老師有義務(wù)為學(xué)生寫推薦信，而且要求學(xué)生Waive the right to access the recommendation (放棄看到推薦信的權(quán)利)。

　　而在中國，目前比較普遍的做法是學(xué)生寫完推薦信后找老師簽字。

　　老師很少有時(shí)間幫助學(xué)生寫作，更何況英語寫作對(duì)于很多老師來說也絕對(duì)是一種挑戰(zhàn)。

　　所以在這種情況下，申請(qǐng)者最好先用漢語打個(gè)草稿讓推薦人過目，如果推薦人同意再精雕細(xì)琢成英語推薦信。

　　對(duì)于中國學(xué)生來說，自己寫推薦信可能比自述信還難。

　　一是要用三種不同的口吻推薦自己，可能很不自然，不知道怎么說，有的可能還很不好意思;二是，寫完自述信，很多人已經(jīng)江郎才盡了，實(shí)在寫不成什么新意了。
