申請日本留學(xué)的途徑
1、讀日本語言學(xué)�！毡敬髮W(xué)
日本語言學(xué)校主要是針對沒有日語水平和有一點(diǎn)日語基礎(chǔ)的同學(xué)去日本留學(xué)開設(shè)的學(xué)校，語言學(xué)校除了教授日語外還會(huì)輔導(dǎo)學(xué)生如何選擇大學(xué)和專業(yè)，甚至還會(huì)安排入學(xué)考試前的培訓(xùn)面試等等(包括日文寫作及面試輔導(dǎo)等)。這樣你可以考入一所優(yōu)秀的日本大學(xué)，而不是在國內(nèi)取得那些三四流類大學(xué)的文憑。大家不用擔(dān)心考不上大學(xué)，日本大學(xué)很多，在國內(nèi)都能去讀，何況到了日本。如果你想日本留學(xué)有所作為的話，去語言學(xué)校，將來考一所國公立大學(xué)，找工作也相對容易。除了國公立大學(xué)，有些私立大學(xué)也很不錯(cuò)，但學(xué)費(fèi)昂貴。
2、讀日語專門學(xué)�！毡敬髮W(xué)(大二、大三編入)
如果不想浪費(fèi)時(shí)間，想去日本直接讀大學(xué)，而又不想在國內(nèi)讀日語，那就去讀專門學(xué)校的日語學(xué)科，這個(gè)專業(yè)只要求日語4級(JLPT-4)就可以去日本，如果期間還想讀大學(xué)可以插入日本大學(xué)二年級或三年級(需要折算以前的學(xué)分決定進(jìn)入幾年級)。編入的專業(yè)一般都是同專業(yè)，主要考察日語和專業(yè)課，如果跨專業(yè)編入，通過幾率較小。這也是給一些想節(jié)省時(shí)間的同學(xué)提出的小建議。
3、直升日本大學(xué)
日本大學(xué)要求日語二級(N2)就可以申請了。想必學(xué)過日語的朋友都知道你考出二級的水平，根本沒有辦法跟上日本大學(xué)的課程。一方面要學(xué)日語，一方面要打工掙錢，一方面還有大學(xué)的課程，你會(huì)手忙腳亂的。建議是考出一級(N1)再去申請。要不就直接去語言學(xué)校鍛煉半年到一年，這樣經(jīng)費(fèi)也有了，日語也達(dá)到要求了。
4、讀日本大學(xué)預(yù)科→日本大學(xué)
事實(shí)上，日本預(yù)科班也會(huì)像語言學(xué)校一樣安排備考“日本留學(xué)試驗(yàn)”的輔導(dǎo)課程，但在日本，設(shè)立預(yù)科的院校較少，通常只有私立大學(xué)才設(shè)立，不過有些預(yù)科班有一定的局限性，比如會(huì)限制學(xué)生的升學(xué)選擇，規(guī)定學(xué)生日后升學(xué)只允許入讀該預(yù)科班所在的大學(xué)。而且預(yù)科班除了日語課程以外還安排其他基礎(chǔ)課程，全天制上課，學(xué)生打工時(shí)間不多。生活方面沒有更好的保障。預(yù)科班在每年的4月和10月開學(xué)，語言學(xué)校的學(xué)制更加靈活，在每年的1、4、7、10月開學(xué)。語言學(xué)校和大學(xué)預(yù)科的學(xué)費(fèi)相差不大，但就簽證成功率而言，語言學(xué)校的簽證成功率比預(yù)科學(xué)校高。
日本留學(xué)修士申請途徑
一般日本留學(xué)申請途徑分為語言學(xué)校過渡直接考修士、研究生預(yù)科考修士、SGU(英文項(xiàng)目)。
1，語言學(xué)校過渡直接考修士：是經(jīng)由日本法務(wù)省公認(rèn)的主要用來接受外國留學(xué)生的日本語教育機(jī)構(gòu)，比較適合本科生(日語零基礎(chǔ)或者沒有N2以上)的同學(xué)。其特點(diǎn)為可以有充足的時(shí)間來提高自己的日語能力，并且學(xué)校里有很多留學(xué)生可以方便溝通從而獲得的留學(xué)資訊。但同時(shí)這也是不好的.一點(diǎn)，學(xué)校留學(xué)生多難免魚龍混雜需要自己多留個(gè)心眼，要時(shí)刻拉高警報(bào)，自己是去留學(xué)的，不要被不上進(jìn)的人誤導(dǎo)。
2，研究生預(yù)科考修士：研究生申請指的在國內(nèi)申請修士的前期課程，適用于有N2以上的本科生或有一定日語基礎(chǔ)的本科生。需要準(zhǔn)備語言成績，初期材料(包括個(gè)人簡歷、畢業(yè)及學(xué)位取得證明(或者畢業(yè)及學(xué)位預(yù)定取得證明)、成績單、推薦信、照片、印章等)。之后還需要聯(lián)系教授，日本大部分院校招收研究生時(shí)采取“導(dǎo)師內(nèi)諾制”，教授具有絕對的話語權(quán)，教授只要同意接收學(xué)生，學(xué)校教務(wù)科一般都會(huì)給學(xué)生下錄取通知書。跟教授聯(lián)系的時(shí)間，一般是出愿開始半年前，這一階段教授對于自己要幾個(gè)學(xué)生比較有數(shù)，最晚也要在出愿截止前1-2周。得到教授內(nèi)諾后，接下來需要準(zhǔn)備是為了拿到學(xué)校入學(xué)許可書及合格通知書準(zhǔn)備的工作，稱為出愿，要想出愿，需要一個(gè)很關(guān)鍵的東西，叫做“募集要項(xiàng)”。募集要項(xiàng)上面會(huì)明確寫明出愿時(shí)間、出愿地點(diǎn)及出愿提交材料等。出愿結(jié)束后，學(xué)校會(huì)安排統(tǒng)一的時(shí)間來開“教授會(huì)”，教授會(huì)通過后，學(xué)校一般都會(huì)發(fā)行正式的“入學(xué)許可書”或“合格通知書”。
3，日本SGU英語項(xiàng)目：Super Global University(超級國際化大學(xué))，是日本文部科學(xué)省在20xx年推出的Global30(G30)計(jì)劃的后續(xù)升級版。旨在通過全英文項(xiàng)目，教學(xué)、研討、論文全過程英文完成為目標(biāo)，吸引海外留學(xué)生，增加學(xué)生國家化比例，提高學(xué)校排名。其特點(diǎn)是需要申請人英語水平高(托福考到90以上，雅思考到6.0以上)部分學(xué)校要求GRE/GMAT成績;還有成績單、推薦信、畢業(yè)證等基本材料;并且需要申請人是本科畢業(yè)生(有畢業(yè)證及學(xué)位證，自考學(xué)歷不可以)，申請時(shí)間通常情況下需要提前一年左右。但可選擇的學(xué)校和專業(yè)有限，畢業(yè)后就業(yè)會(huì)成為一個(gè)大難題，如果這是想身臨其境的感受一下日本文化就還好，否則顯然就失去了赴日留學(xué)極大的意義。

個(gè)人自述的形式和內(nèi)容同樣重要
我們對寫作的方式十分感興趣，申請人如何講述非常重要——用清晰、準(zhǔn)確的方式表達(dá)思想。在一所充斥著高素質(zhì)候選人的學(xué)校里，決策的依據(jù)并非是數(shù)據(jù)和公式。個(gè)人自述幫助招生辦做出理性的、但最終還是主觀的判斷。如果一所學(xué)校接一所學(xué)校地咨詢，你就會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)個(gè)人自述的重要性越來越大。
是否具有對其職業(yè)的綜合反思能力
在一篇個(gè)人自述中，我們要求申請人將他們的過去和未來有機(jī)地結(jié)合起來。我們把這種自傳叫作“職業(yè)目標(biāo)”自傳。它為我們提供了確鑿的信息，同時(shí)也可以確定申請人是否具有對自己及其職業(yè)的綜合性反思能力。通常的情況是，即使是那些按照傳統(tǒng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)最聰明的人也做不到這一點(diǎn)。

還有一些人不愿意講自己，我們把這種情況叫作“英國式低調(diào)�！边@并不一定是一個(gè)錯(cuò)誤。事實(shí)上，在閱讀了無數(shù)自我吹捧(這是另一個(gè)陷阱)的文章后，這種文章倒讓人耳目一新。但是，如果申請人說得太少，也會(huì)令我們無從得知他這樣做是出于謙遜呢還是因?yàn)樽居诒磉_(dá)，或者他沒有想到這篇文章對我們的重要性。
(2)在整體和簡潔之間做到令人愉快的折衷
建議不要把草稿寄過來。文章寫完后要再看兩遍。盡量做到清楚、準(zhǔn)確，但也不要因?yàn)槠南拗品恋K文章的完整。在整體和簡潔之間可以做到令人愉快的折衷。但是，大多數(shù)的自傳都太長了，換句話說，過長的文章要多于過短的。
最好的`辦法就是盡可能全面、誠實(shí)地回答學(xué)校的問題。讓招生辦的人自己去做有關(guān)錄取的決定。不要想著搞什么心理戰(zhàn)，或者企圖替別人做決定。有些申請人自認(rèn)為知道學(xué)校的想法，把自己裝扮成某種類型，這樣做會(huì)使我們失去了一個(gè)了解你的個(gè)性和思想的機(jī)會(huì)。
(3)坦白具有風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，不必掩飾對未來的不確定性

力求與各種學(xué)li證明的姓名相同，如有更改姓名的情況，務(wù)必在公證時(shí)予以聲明，并附上公證書。
2、性別。
3、出生年月日及地點(diǎn)。
力求與各類學(xué)歷證明的出生年月日一致，出生地點(diǎn)寫明國別和省份。
4、國籍。
5、婚姻狀況。
6、現(xiàn)工作單位或就讀學(xué)校及詳細(xì)通信地址。
7、教育背景。
包括大學(xué)、碩士階段的在讀時(shí)間，所在大學(xué)的名稱、專業(yè)和所獲學(xué)位，參加工作后的受教育經(jīng)歷，主要指脫產(chǎn)接受專門的進(jìn)修、培訓(xùn)或?qū)W習(xí)。
8、專業(yè)經(jīng)歷。
應(yīng)力求抓住重點(diǎn)，突出研究方向。擔(dān)任教學(xué)工作的可列出主講、助講課程的名稱，擔(dān)任研究工作的可列出參加各個(gè)研究項(xiàng)目的課題名稱。
9、個(gè)人的著作、論文或研究成果要分門別類列出，并一定要與個(gè)人專業(yè)經(jīng)歷相一致。
所列著作要注明名稱、出版年月、出版單位。所列論文要注明論文題目，刊載雜志或期刊名稱、期號、語種。對于在學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議上發(fā)表的文章還要注明學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議的名稱、召開時(shí)間和地點(diǎn)等。如果其中有被外國學(xué)者評論過的，最好附上刊載評論文章的雜志名稱及時(shí)間。
10、外語水平。
注明參加考試的時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)及成績。若申請者掌握多門外語，則要一一注明語種并說明熟練程度。
11、參加何種學(xué)術(shù)團(tuán)體，得到何種榮譽(yù)。
學(xué)術(shù)團(tuán)體一般應(yīng)是省、市或行業(yè)一級以下的專業(yè)學(xué)術(shù)團(tuán)體，在學(xué)術(shù)團(tuán)體中所擔(dān)任的職務(wù)可加以注明。榮譽(yù)主要是指在專業(yè)、技術(shù)研究方面獲得的獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)和榮譽(yù)，并要注明獲獎(jiǎng)名稱，頒獎(jiǎng)時(shí)間和頒獎(jiǎng)單位。
12、擬申請的'大學(xué)和導(dǎo)師的姓名。
可根據(jù)申請者查詢的資料予以注明，并要注意按照每個(gè)單位、每位導(dǎo)師一份簡歷的原則，即在同一份自傳中不必注明全部想要聯(lián)系的單位和導(dǎo)師。
13、擬進(jìn)行的研究方向和希望從事研究的題目。
國外院校的專業(yè)面一般較寬，要根據(jù)國外情況，力求專業(yè)面與其一致。研究課題可根據(jù)自己的研究興趣和需要，同時(shí)也要盡量考慮對方的條件。

Years of study and research, as well as practical work, have enabled me todevelop a superb command of computer technology and its application inmanagement. My interest and industry were well rewarded with outstanding scholasticresults. My fellow students were all very brilliant and I was far behind themwhen I first entered the university. But my dauntless character drove me upward.I later caught up with them and ranked fourth in a class of 46 students. My GPAwas 3.4 in the four years of study and was 3.5 in the latter two, showing anupward progress. I scored for four times the highest-grade scholarships and wasrated as an outstanding graduate, something very rare in a class. My thesis wasalso graded "outstanding."

I have developed an adequate command of the relevant skills inthose aspects and I have always maintained an intense interest in them. I hopethat by seeking advanced studies abroad, I will succeed in finding a suitableE-commerce solution for China‘s emerging industry in this field. On the otherhand, I will be equipped to make contributions to the development of China‘ssoftware sector, especially to help improve its software quality.
