　　1.語言表達要簡潔明了，避免使用太多的專業(yè)術(shù)語和過分復雜的句子。

　　為了避免過多的主觀性描述，你可以在自己的簡歷當中用客觀的數(shù)字和引述別人的話語來描述自己的實際情況。

　　例如：I have passed CET-6 with a high mark of 96.

　　4.重視開頭、結(jié)尾。

　　在求職信的結(jié)尾，我們通常要提及關(guān)于希望得到面試的事情。

　　因此，結(jié)尾一樣要引起重視。

　　在表達自己的這樣的意愿的時候，切忌軟弱、羞怯的表達方式，例如：If you think I can fill the position after you have read my letter, I shall be glad to talk with you。

　　5.表現(xiàn)個人特色。

　　求職的信件要具個人特色、親切且能體現(xiàn)出專業(yè)水平。

　　切不可過于隨意，也不能拘泥于格式——商業(yè)信函應該是一種既正式、又非正式的文體。
