this is for my people who just lost somebody, your best friend, your baby, your man or your lady. lift your head to the sky, we will never say bye.
these are words of the song bye-bye. every time when i hear it, i’ll always lose myself in grief recalling the tough time we came through in 20xx.
the snow storm, the tibet issue, the obstruction to the olympic torch relay，the earthquake……time dates back to the day the horrible earth quake occurred in sichuan, tens of thousands of people lost life and families. i’ll never forget those days i sat front of the tv, moved by people never gave up under ruins even there’s little hope to survive. i’ll never forget those days most newspapers and websites were all in black and white. i’ll never forget those days i had my black coat on, writing down my best wishes to the suffering people.
at the same time, i also remember those days my friends abroad told me that they joined in the protest against western world’s bias on china and the fight against the tibetan separatists. i can still remember the day when i went to see the torch relay at hangzhou with heart shaped stickers on cheek. i wore the t-shirt with words light the passion, light the dream . when the torch passed by, we cheered go china, go beijing, sang the national anthem again and again, waving flags, dancing, hugging, clapping.
it was the opening ceremony of 20xx beijing olympic games which shocked the whole world and told the entire human yes, we can.

One night，I complained to my mom about the lack of time. Finally she said，"you are short of time just because you waste precious minutes on complaints and anxiety. The point is，no matter how full your schedule is，if you try really hard，you can always fit in some thing more."
It is the same with filling the jar. Even if you place a dozen fist-sized rocks and a bucket of gravel into the jar，there is still space for sand and water between the rocks and gravel.
The lack of time is just the excuse for my negligence of every single minute. I believe that the great dividing line between success and failure can be expressed in six words，"I did not have enough time."The fact is I do have exactly the same number of hours per day that were given to Helen Keller，Pasteur，Thomas Jefferson，and Albert Einstein. The point is I have never touched upon the real meaning of life which lies in snatching，seizing and enjoying every minute of it. No idleness，no delay，no procrastination，no complaint! It is during my moments of complaining or hesitation that my destiny is shaped. Once I make full use of every moment，I believe that，my worries will be gradually cut down to nothing.
Time is the most valuable of all our possessions，but the most perishable as well. As Henry David Thoreau said，"You must live in the present，launch yourself on every wave，find your eternity in each moment."
Whenever I fell the lack of time in the future，I will tell myself "Carpe diem，seize the day，make every moment count."

Once upon a time, a weenie ant was walking on his way. As he was walking, suddenly he felt the ground shaking terribly. He looked around with his paranoid eyes and saw an elephant walking right behind him. Quickly, the little ant covered himself with dirt, but one leg was unfortunately left out. A sparrow saw everything, so she flew down with the purpose of teasing the ant: “Hey, chicken! Watch out your leg, it’s out!” The ant felt embarrassed at first but then calmly responded: “ Shi…I am going to trip that elephant.”
Right now, I’m standing on this glamorous stage. But everything here reminds me of is a not so fun memory. Around this time last year I was in Nanjing competing in another speech contest. That was the first time for me to be in such a large event. Of course the pressure I was under was immense too. After a sleepless and stressful night, I went onto that stage without the feeling in my legs. That speech turned out to be horrible. I don’t remember how I get down from there, but I do remember afterwards I just wanted to find a hole to hide in just like the ant in the story. Back at my school, it took a long time for me to recover. Thanks to all the help I got from my special friends. My confidence was restored. After rounds of giving speeches and answering tough questions, I am here today. From all that I’ve been through I’ve learned that a good future is based on a forgotten past, if I want my life to go on well I have to let go of my past failure. So today, with out fear, I am tripping my elephant again.

Now let’s enjoy a story：One day a young man visited great educator Banjieming. When Banjieming opened the door，to the young man’s great surprise.：his house was very dirty. “I’m sorry，It’s too dirty. Wait a minute please. Banjieming said and closed the door.
One minute later，Banjieming opened the door again and said：come in please . This time what the young man saw was a clean and clear sitting room.
“OK，You may go now. Banjieming said，“But I，I havn’t remit to you”. The young man asked. “Isn’t it enough? Looking at the room，“ Banjieming said. “You have been here for one minute.” “One minute? One minute，Oh I know. You tell me a truth：We can do many things in a minute.” The young man left with satisfaction.
The story is short but meaningful. Just like the story says：
one minute isn’t long. But our life is made of such minutes. In fact only treasure time，will you succeed，only treasure time，will you realize your ideal. Only treasure time will you achieve what you want.
We should make good use of time to study hard or to do something meaningful for yourself. So，we should plan the time to study and relax，especially at use we have more free time at home，so that we can use that time to do a lot of things.
However，how can we plan the time? There are different ways for different example，somebody like to study in the morning，and relax in the the contrary，somebody like to relax in the morning，and study in the body even think the best time to study is in the erent ways for different all the ways have one thing in common.
That is the need for practical action. If you want to change a difficult situation，if you want to change yourself，if you want to make good use of time to study，you must put into not，your plan will be not meaningful.

besides that, my dream school looks like a big garden. there are many kinds of flowers around the modern buildings. sweet perfumes are diffused all around. if i want to have a rest, i can lie on the grass, listen to music by the lake or look out at the flowers from the classroom windows.
the teachers here are kind and helpful. they are not only our teachers but also our good friends. the students are polite and friendly. we all know how to keep our school clean and tidy. there is no litter around the campus.

3。有較強的教學能力
從選擇教師這門職業(yè)的第一天起，我最大的心愿就是做一名受學生歡迎的好老師，為了這個心愿，我一直在不懈努力著。要求自己做到牢固掌握本學科的基本理論知識。
熟悉相關學科的文化知識，不斷更新知識結構，精通業(yè)務，精心施教，把握好教學的難點重點，認真探索教學規(guī)律，鉆研教學藝術，努力形成自己的教學特色。我的教學風格和教學效果普遍受到學生的認可和歡迎。
以上所述情況，是我競聘英語教師的優(yōu)勢條件，假如我有幸競聘上崗，這些優(yōu)勢條件將有助于我更好的開展英語教學工作。
如果我有幸競聘成功，能擔任三四年級英語教師的話，我將從以下方面開展工作。
一是認真貫徹執(zhí)行黨的.教育路線、方針、政策和學校的各項決定，加強學習，積極進取，求真務實，開拓創(chuàng)新，不斷提高自己的綜合素質、創(chuàng)新能力，用自己的勤奮加智慧，完成好教學任務。使我校的英語教學上一個大的臺階。

做一個富有愛心的老師
