　　首段：表明寫信意圖，對某事表示歉意。

　　主體段落：說明道歉的具體原因，應(yīng)展開。在主體段落中，寫信人應(yīng)當(dāng)在申述理由時照顧讀信人的感受，切忌強詞奪理。

　　Directions:
